Great house that is easily walkable to the beach. Safe area, house was well stocked and the outdoor decks were a nice place to enjoy some quiet time.

Very clean, well equipped home in a great neighborhood close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, etc. A fun surprise for our family was all of the games and puzzles and beach equipment provided for our enjoyment. We loved our 5-day vacation close to Legoland and to Sea World. We especially appreciated that the host was willing to meet us after we arrived from the airport and not make us wait until 4:00 check in. Stacy and Keith were very considerate and available to answer questions, etc.

This is our second time staying at one of Keith and Stacey's properties, our first time at this particular location. The home was gorgeous and well appointed. Location to the beach and Seaside Market (our favorite) could not be better. Our BIL + SIL flew in from the east coast to join us had similar comments. Communication with the hosts was excellent when a few minor things tripped us up but, all was handled well and satisfactorily. Can't wait to come back next summer!

Class, comfort, clean and safe. This seaside home has all the comforts of home and the conveniences of an upscale hotel wrapped into one. Here are some of the highlights that set this home apart:1. The bed is incredibly comfortable. 2. The home is CLEAN. You can tell the cleaning crew goes the extra mile to deep clean, which we all know is important right now. 3. The home is quiet. There aren't rowdy neighbors or traffic noise to compete with the sound and views of the ocean from the balcony. 4. If you are concerned about safety there is a new, user friendly security system to give you peace of mind. 5. Filtered water and all the coffee accessories (Keurig, Nespresso, French press - you choose!)6. Basic cooking supplies and ingredients. Ever been to a place and have to buy things salt or oil for cooking? Not at this house - it's all stocked and at your disposal. When it comes to the hosts, Keith and his wife truly are the salt of the earth. They care about making everyone's experience a positive one. This is the second time I have stayed at one of Keith's properties, and each time he has gone out his way to make sure I had everything I needed. If you need suggestions of places to eat, hikes to go on, or beaches to enjoy, Keith will be sure to point you in the right direction. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I enjoyed mine!
