This property was exceptionally clean and updated. Lots of activities for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a great location in a quiet, private community on the outskirts of town. It is about a 10 min drive into the town of Show Low. We have family who live there so it was an easy drive to and from their house. There are a lot of outdoor things to do at the house especially if you have children and they loved seeing the wild horses everyday! When we arrived there was an issue with the master toilet’s handle being broken and not flushing. The owner was responsive and sent someone to fix it. The house does have wifi but the signal is pretty weak and if you’re traveling with a lot of people who are in need of several devices (phones, laptops, tablets) that are needing to be connected to the internet be prepared that you might not be able to connect all devices and if you do, the signal is not strong. So not ideal if you need to work remotely. Luckily, our family lives there and we had to do our remote work and summer school at their house. Also, the owner doesn’t allow the air conditioning to go below 76, which is pretty uncomfortable during the hotter summer months. We had several days that got into the 80’s (and I know it can reach into the 90’s) which made the house pretty warm. We did open the windows as soon as the temps started to drop and would close when they started to rise again. This may not be a deal breaker to a lot of people, however, it is something that I would have liked to have known beforehand because 3 people- including my 10 year old son-in my group suffer from heat induced migraines and after traveling all over the world with VRBO I have never been restricted on the AC. I always filter for AC and didn’t think to ask if there would be a restriction. Overall, the home is beautiful, modern, with an open concept and all new appliances. It’s really great for families, with a lot of extra touches and the owner is easy to reach and responds quickly.

Amazing and beautiful house was perfect with a group of friends going to sunrise for a snowboarding week! Backyard with great firepit for late nights and amazing modern interior made this trip great!

We stayed over New Years this year and had such a wonderful time! The property was spotless upon check-in, has all sorts of extras for cooking, games to play and fun activities (mostly for summer) for the outside! Plenty of room for large families to stay, my little one uses a sound machine - I didn’t realize that they have them in every room so we brought ours, but I’ve never seen another place have them available! So awesome! The property itself is great and is spacious enough for my little one to run around and have a blast in the snow! This place was great in the winter - and would be even better in the summer! We cannot wait to rent this place again!

This house was the PERFECT place for our Family Thanksgiving!! We cooked together in the large kitchen with all items needed for our Large Thanksgiving Meal!! We brought our Holiday Decorations and made it a Festive Adventure!! We enjoyed the Family Games, Large Porch, Outdoor Fire-pit and the MOST MEMORABLE were the Wild Horses that came EVERY DAY!! I used one of the pictures with the Sun setting, my Family and the Horses in the background as our Christmas picture!! BEAUTIFUL!! We drank all Coffee together in our Pajamas at the beautiful large wood table!! All beds were Extremely Comfortable- Even the bunk beds!! We watched Thanksgiving Day Football on the Great TV and Danced to the Music on the Speaker System!! The Owners thought of EVERYTHING!! This House was a True Blessing for Our Holiday!! Thank You for Sharing it…. We would Love to come again!!

This place is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen and beds were fantastic, and the backyard is a kids paradise. We took long walks in the woods behind the home and rode our bikes in the neighborhood. We played endless rounds of ping pong and corn hole in the awesome garage. We saw a grey fox, wild horses, an alligator skink, and we heard wild turkeys. This rental is a destination all on its own. The big picture window in the master bathroom process but that’s just me.

We had adults and kids (ages 6-11) who all enjoyed the property and the tremendous amount of games & activities that the owner provided. The forest in the back was great for hiking and exploring - we saw wild horses, turkey and deer. We highly recommend this property and are already looking forward to a return!

We stayed here for two nights just to get away with the family. We had three generations, and even Grandma loved it. The place was very clean. It felt like we were staying in a model home. The owner thought of everything we could want or need - the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We enjoyed the fireplace in the family room and the apple TV. Drinking coffee on the back deck in the morning was beautiful. We even saw wild horses come by. There were a ton of yard games to play and hammocks scattered through the trees. My husband and I especially enjoyed tetherball and giant jenga. This was one of the best places we have stayed! We would definitely stay here again!
