Breakfast - N/A. Location - perfect. Very quiet despite it being near the station. Very quiet neighbours above and below. Very handy for the bins when it comes to emptying the one in the house at the end of the stay! Parking is tricky, but it is possible to play musical cars to make the most of the bays around the property. Useful that loo roll and a bottle of shower gel was provided as I had completely forgotten mine. Also useful, a few store cupboard items in the kitchen. Nice touch.

Just a couple of things to report (which I did on departure): the curtain in the bedroom had come off its rails, so didn't close. We managed a work around while we were there but I gather that's going to get looked at. Also, the coffee machine (great machine) has a little leak in the reservoir section, so if you leave it with water in ready for the next coffee you'd find it had escaped over the work surface. That's been reported too, so will probably be fine for the next visitor.

Comfortable, cosy, lovely towels and bed linen, everything we needed for our stay

The stairway area from the external front door up to the accommodation is in need of attention

It is a great location, near the station and good kitchen facilities.

• communal hall is very rundown. • strong smell of smoke from property below travelled to the flat • sofa bed was uncomfortable and bedroom window rattled very loudly so there was disturbed sleep.
