This Condo worked out great for our family. The location inside Palmetto Dunes was spot on for us. Close to one of Queen's Grant many pools, short walk to the General Store as well as a couple of the restaurants inside of Palmetto Dunes, and then walking to the beach was just a bit farther. The Condo had a nice layout and was nicely equipped with all that we needed. Would definitely book again!

The house was clean, stocked with clean towels, beach towels and everything around was easily accessible. P.S: few of the outlets in the living room do not charge and needs fixing. Excellent stay for family and plenty of room for relaxing and cookin in ! Of course the beaches and Pickleball were amazing and a short walk away! Wil stay again !

This property is in a great location - close to the Palmetto Dunes tennis center and 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. It is also pet friendly which can be hard to find. However, the unit itself needs a refresh. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The furniture has seen better days. The front screen door sticks and can be impossible to open (we just used the block to leave it 1" open). The range does not maintain a steady temperature. The outside lights are way too dim. Basically you are getting Motel 6 level furnishings but paying a Ritz Carlton price for the location. All this being said the unit was roomy (we had 5 adults and 2 pets) and, again, a great location. Having rented multiple properties in Hilton Head over the years I was expecting something a bit more upscale but we still had a great time.

The kitchen truly had everything you’d need to grill out, which we did quite often. The only flag I’d raise are the beds - the master seemed great but the others were a little cramped for a group of adults. Other than that, no complaints! Thank you for such a great stay!

The condo also allowed pets which our dog was very happy about! My brother’s family stayed in another condo in Queens Grant part of the week we were there and we all had a great time! I am ready to go back already and I would definitely rent this location again if it is available when we visit next time!

There are 2 control panels, one for each floor, however, no matter which one we used, the unit was HOT by midday. We set it for 72 and it was over 80 by 4:00 and only got back down to 72 until about midnight. And even then it never felt cool and dry like you would expect from a functioning A/C unit (and we live in Florida so we know of what we speak). 2) The stocking of the unit. While the kitchen was large, it was oddly stocked: only 3 wine glasses, no frying pan, just kinda short or missing a lot of basics (but it did have TONS of knives). 3) Housekeeping. The unit was clean but much like the kitchen, they stocked it oddly. There were plenty of towels but only 1 thing of dishwasher detergent, one roll of paper towels and one roll of TP per bathroom. I don’t expect a ton, but maybe 2? Also trash bags that don’t fit the trash can (kind of a pet peeve). 4) The electrical system. Apparently there must be a bad wire or fuse because the Living room wall that the TV and 2 lamps were on, kept shorting out. We had to flip the breaker repeatedly to get it back on and it went out a number of times. I will say the owners were responsive although they weren’t really able to help with the a/c or the electrical issues. We had a nice time, but unless they get the A/C unit fixed, I can’t really recommend the property (although I will say we had friends staying in a 1 story property in the same complex that also had a/c issues so it may be an issue throughout). Proximity to amenities was good.

We enjoyed our visit and stay at this property in Hilton Head. The owners were very responsive from the time we set up our reservation until after we left the property. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 - even with 4 teens. The walk to the pool was short, and the back patio is set in close to the building and very private. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check in/check out was very easy. Thank you to Kim and Scott for sharing your beautiful property. It filled our need for a quick vacation perfectly!

We enjoyed our family vacation so much last year staying in this same rental, we knew it worked perfectly for our family of 6 adults and two toddlers, so we stayed here again this year! Plenty of space and a great location! The owners are very quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend.

Large kitchen, open living area, large bedrooms and large closet off upstairs bedroom perfect if you have a little one and need space for crib. Close to everything within PD. Owners were great and prompt answering questions. Highly recommend!

It was absolutely wonderful working with Kim. She went out of her way to work with our group with parking passes, rescheduling and allowed us to book an extra night directly when the state tennis tournament was postponed a day due to weather. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a convenient location in Palmetto Dunes.

We have been to Hilton Head many times. We have stayed in properties that cost much more. However, this property was our favorite. It was very comfortable. The pool is steps away and it’s a short walk to beach. We will rent this again.

The property was 100% as described in the posting. The location was great and the villa was very comfortable.
