A great home to share with family and friends. Very clean, nice layout for gatherings, incredibly responsive and accommodating host, and less than a mile to Loon. Will definitely stay again.

This house was a perfect spot for our family to spend a few days. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but also large areas where we could all gather. The only thing we needed to bring was our food and clothes. Our family loves to cook big meals and enjoy a sit down dinner together. The kitchen had everything we needed to do that and plenty of room for 9 adults to share a meal. Loon Mtn. is across the street and you can see the mountain from the front windows. The sauna was an added bonus after a day of skiing.

The pictures do not do justice to this beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained home. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the accessories you may need. The best part is that all the pots, pans, utensils and knives are really good quality. Added bonus is that the owner is extremely responsive on VRBO and by text. We will definitely be back whenever we are in the area!

Great house for an extended family stay. One thing to note for parents of little children, lots of stairs and difficult/dangerous to set up gates.
Overall, I would stay here again.

For a mixed group with families and for couples this is an awesome space, with plenty of room for everyone. Especially if you're coming for the New Hampshire Scottish Highland games, totally worth it. It's perfect spot for skiers! All the amenities were great! TOTALLY RECOMMEND! And Carolyn and her husband were very responsive as well. GREAT HOSTS!

We really enjoyed our first time in New Hampshire the house was perfect with lot of beds and bedrooms and public spaces. There was also a lot of bathrooms everything was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the cozy decor of the house and it’s location was great . Booking, checking in and checkout was really easy. Thanks so much for a great vacation .

Perfect house for our family ski vacation!
This house was wonderful! We had 6 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space!
We enjoyed the openness of the kitchen to the family room area. The couch in the family room is amazing!
The house was very clean and so well equipped!
We did not use the shuttle to the mountain but there is an app that shows you when it will be coming past your house!
Communication with Carolyn was great! Quick to respond and helpful in answering our questions!
We would definitely rent again!

Truly one of the best houses we have ever rented. Much better then in the pictures! Perfect location, very clean, has everything you need. I was there with 4 kids and 4 adults and everyone had plenty of space. I hope we can go back!

Great location across the road and a short drive from entrance to Loon for a reunion with my siblings and family. Ample common spaces and clear instructions from property owner. The place was very clean and well equipped. Just be sure to respect speed limits on local roads!

Great property! My family and I had a fantastic time in Lincoln. The house was perfect for us. The pictures don’t do it justice. Communication with the owners was seamless. We hope to be back.

We loved the family room with the big TV, we all fit at the table for meals and the kids loved the double bunk beds. The pools at Loon were great and we enjoyed the Gondola ride, the Adventure Center and the Flume Gorge. Everything was so close. I would love to go back and definitely recommend this home.

We had a fantastic time at this wonderful home in a great neighborhood across from Loon. The place is incredibly spacious and very well kept. The owners were very receptive throughout and during the rental. Wouldn’t think twice about reccommending....

As Advertised
House was exactly as advertised. We had 8 adults, 5 children and there was plenty of space so we weren't on top of each other. Easy/Close access to Loon Mountain and any necessary amenities required. Carolyn was very responsive and an excellent host. We are already planning our return next year.

Beautiful home
Just returned from a 3 night stay at this beautiful home. The location is great for our family of skiers. Carolyn let us know when lift tickets went on sale so we were able to get them early.
The house was perfect for our four adult children and significant others. Kitchen is well equipped with lots of pots and pans and even a crockpot !
We weren’t able to use the sauna because of COVID but I’m sure that would be nice after a day of skiing. We would love to rent this place again.

Thanksgiving week
We rented the house for the week of Thanksgiving and the house was so well stocked to cook a thanksgiving dinner. The large dining table was perfect for everyone to sit together to eat and play games. The downstairs was perfect for our 2 teens to hang out away from the adults and the upstairs was a great open concept with a huge couch for everyone to lounge on. We all thoroughly enjoyed the house and our stay!
