We really enjoyed staying at this great location. We were able to walk to the boardwalk and beach. Check in was easy and the apartment was clean as stated in the listing. We enjoyed the pool area even though we didn't have the greatest weather. Very quiet and we would stay here again.

This unit was tiny. Bedroom barely had room for queen bed. There was no door to bedroom just a curtain.
Could not opep old blinds in living area as sidewalk was just outside so you would have no privacy.
Unit was very dated, probably built in the 50s.
Positive note was that it was near beach.

We really enjoyed staying at this location. The beach is really nice and close. The property is older but well kept. We felt the grounds could’ve been kept up better, for instance the trash cans under the tiki hut were full when we arrived and overflowing and smelled by the time we left. Our friends also stayed during the same period and used the gas grills until the propane ran completely out. Our room was great and well stocked. The bed is very comfortable, but the room is very small and one side of the bed requires scooting out as it’s against the wall. We would consider staying here again overall even though we don’t like to go to the same place twice.

This was a great little place just steps from the ocean! It had the amenities that we look for such as a walk in shower, first floor, cable TV, mini-split air conditioner rather than window units. The galley kitchen was very well equipped. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs. Deirdre, the host was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the cable TV. As far as we were concerned it was a very good value! We would stay there again!

Had a good stay at this property. Unit is small but fully functional. Deidra was very good at communication whenever there were questions.

This was our 2nd stay in Deerfield condo. We love the location and the condo complex. The owner, Deirdre, is very professional and always easy to reach and will go above and beyond to help solve any issue you may have. Condo is clean and fully stocked. We did have an issue with the TV that the complex owner is aware of and is working to solve that problem. We have already booked for a longer stay next year! Can't wait!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo, the condo was small but the beds were so comfortable. It was right near the beach simple walk. The pool was spotless the people and the neighbors were so friendly and helpful. The management was so helpful. When I needed more blankets they were delivered before the day was out. When we had an issue that had to be dealt with it was dealt with before the day was out. It was perfect for a great little getaway. If I’m ever in that area again I would definitely stay at this condo.

Our host, Deidre was awesome in every way.
The VRBO website and app are awful, the most frustrating thing was our interaction with VRBO. I am a super host for your #1 competitor and I was shocked how unbelievably frustrating it was with regards to VRBO's role in the accomadations. Thanksfully, our host was so accomadating and turned what was lookihg like an awful experience into a fantastic experience.

first of all, Deidra ( the property manager) was the main reason i decided to book here, her communication with me was flawless and that is true peace of mind when your choosing a place to stay.
This property is perfectly located across the street from the beach, and a 5 min drive ( you could walk if you like) to dining and the pier.
the apartment is super clean, well stocked, the property is well maintained, the pool area is really nice and clean as well.
Will definitely stay here again!

It was a small place perfect for my husband and myself with our senior dog who can’t be left alone for more than 2 hrs at a time. Brought his playpen and we were able to walk to the beach and back to check on him in just a few minutes. Location, location! We were all comfortable, the BBQ is pretty new and made for a nice night in. The other nights we drove halfway to the pier, parked the car and walked to the restaurants for dinner and ice cream! Will definitely go back!

Loved everything about it. The property was clean. The pool was warm and it was steps from the beach. The property contact was on the ball and helped with every question I had. I’ve stayed there twice and will be back again.

Wonderful property
This property was exactly as described. It was clean and had all the beach essentials needed for a day at the beach. The location was so convenient to access the beach as well. You were also a half mile walk from the restaurants and shops in Deerfield. Check in was easy and Diedra was very quick to respond with any questions that we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Location
My wife and I had an amazing two night stay at this cute little condo. It is in a perfect location that is literally a three minute walk. As you walk directly across the street you are put on a beautiful sidewalk that leads to the pier and center of town. You're walking adjacent to the beach on your right with high-end condo buildings to your left. It leads to dozens of restaurants and shops. The condo is exactly as advertised and the owner must just sit waiting for any questions or concerns. LOVED it!

Place was in great location and town was fabulous. the unit was great just as advertised, and the host was great, she took care of any issue we had. The place only had 12 units so everyone was very friendly which made staying there so much more enjoying.

We loved the close proximity to the beach. Very clean condo, check in was super easy. The mattress on the pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable but my teen daughter didn’t complain much. We will be back though!

Great quiet beach location!
I booked this so I could bring my small dog and be close to the beach while visiting my daughter at college. The check in process was a breeze. I received a text message with the details and then shortly after received another thoughtful text that I could check in early. I enjoyed having my morning coffee outside (which was provided) and to be one block from the beach was perfection! I would definitely come back to stay. Bonus: I left my dog collar and she mailed it to me. So much better than staying at a hotel! Thank you so much!!! We will be back.

This property is updated, quiet, and great pool and beach access. You are a couple of miles from restaurants and shops. Room was very clean and we will stay here everytime we come to South Florida!

VACATION is 15 days!
*This vacation was planned in 15 days from start to finish. We originally were suppose to be boarding a cruise and unfortunately were removed from our cruise due to the ages they were not able to be vaccinated and therefore we got kicked off our cruise! So like all good parents we scrambled to make lemonade with our lemons! *
We found this property and within hours of being removed from our cruise we had already booked and paid for the weeks rental at this adorable location! It was a comfortable fit for our family of four. Close walk to the beach and the location is conveniently located for activities in Fort Lauderdale and Miami! The property Manger was amazing and cleaning staff did amazing!
