The hotel is clean.
The lighting is very complicated. Rooms do not have any view. Excessive guarantees are requested for stay and only paid back after one week. The price quality relation is completely out of balance. There are many much better hotels at lower cost..

La ubicación es fabulosa, al lado del Museo Nacional, del Palacio Real y la Pagoda Plateada.
También está muy cerca de Riverside y el night market. Realmente se puede ir caminando a todas partes.
El desayuno también muy completo y de calidad.
Nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación con vistas al Palacio Real.
También tienen un sky lounge con una terraza y muy buenas vistas. 100% recomendable para una copa.

The staff were super friendly, the location is very convenient (walking distance to the Royal Palace and National Museum), and there are many restaurants and amenities nearby.

Fabulous room and bathroom, amazing pool, gym and wellness area and a beautiful hotel. Great location, buffet breakfast i think was the best I have ever had in the world. NEXT LEVEL. and the rooftop was absolutely delicious food and drinks and super cool vibe. Felt very cosmopolitan. Staff were fab.
It would have been great to see some local food on the menu on the roof.

Auch die Rooftop-Bar im 14. Stock ist sehr schön, mit wunderbarer Aussicht.
Zimmer relativ klein.
Besuch der der Gastro-Show "Le petit chef" ein wenig zu teuer.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was, everything seemed brand new!! The gym was really nice, the pool was very nice, the sky bar was really nice, overall an awesome experience !!

This experience has left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied with my stay at your hotel. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and given clear communication about any charges or fees associated with my booking. The lack of transparency and dismissive attitude displayed by your staff is simply unacceptable.

The hotel maintains its luxury standards, the service was exceptional, quiet and very pleasant. I also was upgraded, whcih was very nice. Breakfasts were fantastic and I am a difficult customer. Thanks to the entire team of the hotel.

The whole place is beautiful. Especially the pool
The staff just need a little bit more training. They’re pleasant but either overly attentive or they’re no where to be seen. Couldn’t order a drink to the pool, finished my meal in the restaurant one evening, as one of only 3 diners, and there was no one to take away my plates or order desert. Just a few tweaks and this place will be top. Nothing too much to complain about but not quite 5 star service.
