This was a great location to be with our 11 year old son as it was just far enough out of the thick of things, but still close enough to walk to places we wanted to be. We had easy access to all of the mass transit, so was never sorry to be without a rental car either. We didn’t have any rowdy neighbors; just one who had a hard time with their room code at 3AM on speakerphone in the hallway - but they weren’t obnoxious or anything, just frustrated (I get it). The space was perfectly equipped, very clean, comfy and gave us plenty of space to relax when we weren’t out exploring & enjoying our time in NOLA!

This was a perfect place to stay in the French Quarter. It is within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and we felt safe. I would defiantly stay here again!

Well worth the money great place to stay close to everything and all the Location is perfect for shopping restaurants and even a grocery store on Baronne Street and a walk away for a five minute walk can't wait to come back I love that city!

We are a family of 4 with 2 young adult children. We were in New Orleans on a family vacation. The condo was perfectly located on a quiet, attractive street just about 2 blocks from Canal street. The area allowed us easy access to the French Quarter by foot, but allowed us to leave the hustle and bustle when we wanted. There are many cafes and restaurants, drugstores, and grocery stores in the area. The common areas of the building were lovely. My daughter enjoyed playing the piano in the common room one evening! The condo unit itself was modern and clean. The exposed brick completes the look of this modern apartment in a historic building. The safety features with coded entry to the building our apartment were reassuring. The virtual receptionist caught us off guard but worked out quite well! All in all a wonderful stay and I would choose this Sextant property again!
