The house was very clean and organized and the appliances all worked very well and seemed fairly new. The wifi in the house was excellent which was good because there isn't any cell service in the area. The location is a little "out of the way"; you have to drive approximately 30 miles to get to a reasonable grocery store. I was a little disappointed in the canoes and kayaks. They were all in fairly sad shape (dirty, damaged) and had grass clippings stuck to them.

We were very satisfied with how clean the cabin was on check in. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed to cook our meals. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck gazing over the misty lake. Only downside was we didnt catch any fish.

The manufactured home is as depicted. It is small but with a very nice porch and easy water access. The kitchen is very basic. Note that there is not a dishwasher. There is a derelict trailer next door with junk piled up beside it. There is another trailer/cabin on the other side fairly close. The beds were fine (soft) and we enjoyed the grill and canoe. It was tight for 4 adults. The picture doesn't show how close the neighbors are. I think it was expensive for what it is but Wautauga prices are high! We would consider coming back..
