WOW! Selling my family on the Brunswick beaches is easy because we own property and are retiring there in a few years. However, with each trip it can be a challenge to find the right spot. Not so with this property. It is exactly as advertised!! The BEST stocked place we’ve stayed. We needed nothing, but food and drink. Would highly recommend!

Each year a group of us select a house on OIB to gather for several days of golf. This house was just what we needed. A bed for every guest, plenty of bathrooms, a nice kitchen and family room to get together, and really close to the beach (just across the road).

We truly enjoyed our stay and spent most of our days on the beach and relaxation in the evenings. The house location to the beach was perfect and even being 2nd row back you can sit / listen / hear the waves.
The local neighbors (across the street and beside us) were so friendly and pleasant. I had a couple great conversations with them.
Overall had a wonderful vacation and looking forward to going back to OIB

My wife and I and our 8 kids had a blast staying in Ocean Isle Beach. Everyone loved the house, and the beach was so close!

We had an amazing stay! We’ve loved Ocean Isle for years, but struggle finding the best place to meet our family’s needs. This property was perfect. It was very spacious to accommodate multiple adults/children, every bedroom had its own bathroom, and proximity to the beach access was wonderful. Highly recommend this location for your stay. We can’t wait to book again for next year!!

I do not think I could have been more pleased with this trip and the property. Mike was an amazing host and if I could have given communication a higher rating I would have, he was quick to respond and very helpful. The house itself was amazing for big groups. I loved everything about it and can't wait to return in the future.

The home was very comfortable for four couples.
Walk to the beach short and sweet...
Kitchen well stocked for cooking and serving..
And plenty of dining options on and off the island.

This is the 2nd year back at this house! We love it, great to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms, easy walk to beach, and all the comforts of home!
Michael was a great owners, he always responded quickly to our calls, and he even replaced the refrigerator when it broke , within the week!
We love this house and location, hopefully we will return next year!

We had 15 adults, and there was ample space for everyone. The distance to the beach was unbelievably short, and the house provided everything we needed. We cooked dinner both nights we were there and faced no issues with the kitchen. Would definitely recommend, and would totally book again!

Loved the house and the location. It was perfect being able to walk 2 mins to the beach each day. Perfect house for a big group, plenty of space. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

We loved this property! It is the perfect location to beach access and has a wonderful layout to keep children away from adults who like to sleep in ;)
Michael was super responsive and helpful with each and every question we had.
We loved using the decks at night to watch golf carts, scooters and bikes go by and the view of the sunrise in the morning, too. It was a wonderful home. Thank you to Michael for a lovely stay.

Our favorite house at Ocean Isle! We've been coming to this location for 18 years and continue to love it. The views from the kitchen allow you to see the ocean waves and the canals!

Michael is a great host. He responded immediately with any questions I had. His home is gorgeous. Clean and a well stocked kitchen. Able to accommodate large parties comfortably. Great location. Able to watch the ocean from the balcony. Outdoor shower was a great way to end a day at the beach without bringing the beach in the house with you. The owner was super quick with responding to me when I couldn’t find the email that had to door code, and one of the people in our party left a few items at the house and he immediately got it in the mail to us. Very good experience!

Awesome Getaway Property!!
This property is really awesome for big group. We had 5 families and able to manage very well and had lot of fun. Beach is just 2 min walk. Overall property is maintained very well. I will definitely recommend this property for future stays.

Incredible Sunsets
I've never seen morning and evening sunsets over the ocean. I memory I will not forget.
This home was by far one of the cleanest homes of which I've ever vacationed.
We were sorry to see it come to an end.

Great place to relax
The house was "just right". It was situated perfectly on the Island. The view from the second story balcony was great. Loved watching the sunrise each morning. We really had a wonderful time.

Location was the best! House was clean. We were disappointed garbage disposal was not working . We did not have a table on the porch to use for dining.
