It in a location that during at night it peaceful and silent. I liked the spacious rooms and dyning
the exterior of the palce looks Dull and dodgey because of the color chosen (Black) there must use eye catching colors and attracting designs

Location is bit hideous the outside look unsafe but when you get inside it’s different
There was no remote in the room and had to ask and wait for a long for it. The coffee station plugs were not working we had to plug the kettle elsewhere. The time when we were there it was raining and the water came inside the room,water was flowing from the stairs to downstairs in front of the bedroom.

Localização péssima para quem está na cidade a turismo, no meio de um local de mercados e produtos locais. Entorno nada turístico.
Apartamento não tem cortinas em todas as janelas o que atrapalha o sono devido a luz cedo da manhã.
A água do chuveiro era fria e não esquentava.

I thoroughly enjoyed our apartment it was so comfortable and welcoming and clean. the staff was also super welcoming and helpful . Will definitely be visiting here again. Thank you guys
This is something that the place can't really help, it's just the location in where it is situated is not really the most ideal location you would want to stay at but the hotel itself is beautiful.

I liked the location because of its proximity to a Mosque and was super central which made it easy to learn the layout of the city. The staff and facilities were amazing !
I didn't like that I had to return home.Lol...
Seriously though; loadshedding brings its own set of challenges, which I think is a very expensive intervention, considering...

The staff was very kind welcomimg and very professional.
The room was excactley what I saw on the website which is rare to some. (What you see is what you get) in simple words it was perfect.
Parking space is quiet small but accomodating.

The room setup looked very nice,,the staff was so friendly.
The room was not properly cleaned, dustbin not replaced, fridge had water that already been drank, tea snatched not refilled, the room was smelling deep cigarettes..

The breakfast was superb, staff was professional and the loft was beyond g beautiful and exactly like the pictures

The theme of the loft was really incredible, furnished to meet modern type of aesthetics. Staff was friendly and helpful with getting around and cars were pretty safe considering the downtown location. We used uber services to get around so the parking situation wasn't really bothering us.
Only thing I was disappointed in was the shower pressure in which I reported but was not attended to the entire time of the stay.

The rooms were very clean and the staff is very friendly and always available to assist. We had backup for loadshedding.
It is situated in a shady area, and the apartment we got had 1 bathroom and it made it hard for 4 people to use.

This was one of my best stays I've had in years. I LOVED everything about their space, from the moment you enter, the deco, the friendly staff, how accommodative they are with things that aren't even in your package. They even allow you to smoke inside their rooms 🥺.
The apartments are spacious, absolutely gorgeous, clean. Their food was also good. A true hidden germ.
I've often seen people say the'll visit a place again when they have had a great experience. I never do because I believe in different experiences, now I know that it was because I had never had this kind of experience I've had at Lilian's Loft and rest assured, you will be seeing me again next month. My stay was truly a memorable one. Thank you very much everyone. We will be back ❤️
The area, nothing much can be done about this I suppose. But I also loved the fact that it's a few minutes from my workplace.

What you see when booking is exactly what you get. Love the industrial feel of the rooms. We totally enjoyed our stay😊.
Parking was full on arrival but they have guards that assured us that our car will be safe. We did not even want the parking on day 2 cause we trusted them. Kudos to the guards👌🏽.

It was nicely decorated, however no electricity for 60% of the stay. The saving grace for the two days is the security, porters and front office staff Lucy and Fortunate.
It’s a shame the owners haven’t invested in a generator clearly when there is an issue. Which falls on the people with little power to do much about regular blackouts.
The regular power cuts and blackouts is a huge problem making it unsafe and logistically complicated if you need to charge your phone or any other important electronics. I had to go in search outside the hotel. Most of the electricity shuts off from at least 9pm onwards until the morning and in my experience many times during the day.
