This home is amazing and exactly what we needed. Team was responsive and the home beautiful. Great location.

House was clean, company changed house at last minute due to maintenance but house was very similar to original. The neighborhood wasn’t ideal for families, several houses around us played loud music all hours of the night, having parties and smoking illegal substances. I don’t know who rents to surrounding houses, and may not be directly a result of this rental company as they were great and easy to work with. But mindful if booking for a family, quite place.

Reviewer Comments:
We had a really nice time. Guest services was extremely responsive to every text and call we made. The location was also great. The only suggestion I'd make is that the property management team proactively maintain the property as there were too many ongoing issues ( which were taken care of asap when they were brought up) but when vacationing, one really shouldn't have to deal with all these rhings

Overall we found the property to be comfortable and clean. The location was only 20 mins from the Disney Parks which was convenient. The resort in the neighbourhood was great to spend with the kids on our relaxing days providing lots of entertainment and fun.
The contact with management was great, they were sure to check in with us before and during our stay. We did however arrive at the house to find that the dishwasher was broken unbeknownst to us. On our second day a new one was delivered and the maintenance staff were there promptly to offer to install it. The 2 pool loungers on the property were broken and the BBQ was not cleaned prior to our arrival. One phone call to Rachel and we had 2 brand new chairs delivered and had the BBQ cleaned the next day. Overall, not a big deal.
A couple of things that would be of convenience for future guests would be for dish towels and cloths to be provided. Also, a starter pack of laundry soap would be helpful for guests who are arriving from far away. Many people travel with their own shampoo but once again it would be helpful to have a small sample of these shower essentials upon arrival allowing guests to freshen up after a long trip.
Overall the property was great for our needs. We all had our own private space and washroom which allowed us all to have a relaxing stay.
