Great location, owner replied quickly to messages and was really kind when I said I was in the area earlier. Clean and area was quiet.
Parking was 5-10 mins walk away (but this was made very clear when booking). A stair gate would have been helpful (again I knew there wasn't one). Childproof locks on cupboards would have been good.

Close to restaurants and shops was clean and tidy.
No parking outside so went to local carpark on Williams Street and had my car vandalised.

No banisters for the stairs which were a bit steep.

From the minute we booked this property to the end of the trip was perfect!We stayed as a family of four.The apartment was spotlessly clean!It was cosy warm everything you needed.

Clean kitchen
No hand rail on the stairs which also has poor lighting. Damp in the bedroom.

Apartment really comfortable and clean. Good location to the beach and shops nearby.
Apartment did get very hot, no washing machine, lack of cleaning facilities ie hoover, clothes.

Very central location, easy to get to the beach and amenities. Dog friendly accommodation for a small refundable deposit. Herne Bay was friendly and welcoming, and mostly dog friendly too. We really enjoyed our stay
This was explained before I went, but for my personal situation as not all of my party is mobile the parking restrictions were a little tricky to navigate. This is a small issue, we were all otherwise happy with the stay

location excellent, spacious and well equipped. great that bed linen and towels provided too
we had a two year old with us, so the stairs from the entrance were not very child friendly as no handrail

Very well appointed, clean great facilities very comfortable rooms/beds in vector of town. Quiet location.

Host was very good, and responsive, collecting keys was so easy, apartment location was great,
Apartment was spotless, and kitted out with all that you need, good mattress and very peaceful, would definitely book again

Its a beautiful apartman. Totally clean. The owner very kind, friendly. They waiting to us with suprise gift. I fully recommend this place.

The location of the apartment is great, you don't need the car and can walk everywhere. The host was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Beds are comfy. I traveled with my mum and we had a lovely weekend at the seaside.
I wish the heating was already on when we arrived, as it was cold (December) , but maybe it is just me- I like to be warm. Had a lovely weekend.
