The 'smart' water heater was kind of a pain. Almost daily someone in our group would have to take a cold shower because we could not get the water heater to turn on. We never could get hot water at the kitchen sink during our stay. Maintenance man came and tried to show us how to get it to kick on. The steps he showed worked sometimes but not always. This does not make or break our satisfaction of the property because overall it was a great place to stay!

The location is close to the beach and the outdoor shower was nice.
There were wasps nests everywhere in the outdoor space so we couldn’t really use it much. The fire pit had exposed fiberglass and the furniture was all rusted through on the bottom so not completely stable. There was mold on the ceiling of the one full bath because the ventilation was inadequate. The beds were very uncomfortable.
