A great stay. House was clean and comfortable and we spent hours in the backyard in the pool and making memories.

Everything provided in this home was well thought out. It had everything you could ever need and was very clean. They provided clean and cozy throws and pillows for the comfy reclining couch, empty cabinets to store your own food, basic spices, crockpot, InstaPot, panini press, Keurig coffee maker as well as carafe coffee maker, tons of Tupperware to store leftovers, aluminum foil and ziploc baggies, lots of towels plus hair turbans for wet hair, big empty garage to park to avoid car getting hot outside. Heated pool was wonderful (although it did get a little to warm the last couple of days we stayed). Hot tub was right outside door which was nice and convenient. Loved that there were two fire pits to enjoy- one gas and one wood burning. It was an easy and beautiful 30 min ride to Zion. We were happy to be away from all the crowds. There were plenty of restaurants in Hurricane just 10 min away. And River Rock Roasting Co, just down the road, had fantastic lattes and sinfully delicious bakery items (white chocolate blueberry muffin is to die for). The management company made check in and out easy and provided clear and concise instructions for use of pool, hot tub, fire pits, grill, and check out. Would definitely stay here again.

We weren't at the property much because we were hiking and climbing all day. However, it was nice to come home to a hot tub and pool with a well organized home.

House was exactly as described. Neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located between Zion and St. George. Conveniently also close to Sand Hallow and Red Cliffs. Management was very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed your home. The bed and bedding was great and so was the hot tub after a day of hiking. We also loved that you had coffee there to start us out. The towels were wonderful as well.

This house was perfect for our group. The location was central to so many attractions. We did Vegas, Grand Canyon, Zion, Sand Hollow, Bryce, and played several rounds of golf. It was nice to be able to park our cars in the two car garage to get them out of the heat. The pool had incredible views of the mountains and was nicely heated the entire time and kept clean by an automated cover. The rooms were comfortable, the couches reclined nicely and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this place.

We headed to southern UT to do some SXS riding. Found this place and booked it. We were pleasantly surprised with home! It's new, spacious, clean, user friendly and ready for you to enjoy. The pool was awesome. The slide and waterfall was a great feature, and of course the hot tub came in very handy as well. It's just a nice clean spot to hangout and play or relax. Something for everyone!! We will be back for sure

Home is beautiful & immaculate. Very well equipped with everything and more you could ever need. The homeowners have gone to great lengths to ensure your comfort with high quality bedding, furniture & plenty of linens. The outdoor space pool & hot tub area is wonderful with plenty of seating and breathtaking views, pictures online don’t do it justice. . It was slightly uncomfortable having cameras on you while in the pool area. I understand this is for safety & liability. However it was hard to relax or want to be in a swimming suit not knowing who is watching and/or where that security footage ends up. Overall this is a beautiful home and you will have a wonderful time & won’t be disappointed.

This home is beautiful! We could not have been more pleased with the cleanliness, how well everything was stocked and prepared etc. The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing, we found ourselves struggling to even want to leave and venture out, due to how nice the home and pool were! We will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend this property over any other vacation rental we have ever stayed at!
