The place is beautiful, it’s in a great location, and has great amenities with the hot tub, shuttle service, etc.

Great location. Definitely need 4WD if staying in winter. Hot tub was great and very easy to get to ski resort. Everything was perfect with the house.

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. It's 3 levels with at least one bedroom on each floor. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed - though a chef may want some better pots/pans/etc. Seating was comfortable and enough for us to spread out. Didn't use the hot tub. Washer/dryer was nice to have and there were 2 pods provided with the rental. Location was good and had a nice view of the valley/"city". Highly suggest 4 wheel drive in the winter - not sure we would have made it without 4 wheel drive due to the snow. We'd stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. the house is great. each floor has a bedroom and bath. all fine and nice. the open kitchen and living room with a view of the mountains was great. The house is nicely furnished but nothing fancy but very comfy. The kitchen was well supplied and we cooked several meals. Great house, nice deck and good location. What's not to like about this lovely house in beautiful Steamboat. I highly recommend this house as its very close to both skiing and town. great for families or couples.

Great house, awesome location. Fit our party of 12 very comfortably. Nice, clean, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Heating system works well (it does take a little longer for the downstairs). Despite some of the documentation, there is WiFi in the house, and pretty fast internet access. Only caution I would provide is get a AWD vehicle in the winter. The drive way is a bit steep and if it snows a 2 wheel drive car will not make it up to the house. Snow plows don't come out until there is 4 inches of snow on the ground in town so there could be some delays. Overall great experience. Steamboat is our favorite place for skiing. Would love to stay in this house again in the future.

Have skied at The Boat many times in the last 45 years and this accommodation is the nicest place we have ever stayed! Unique interior design is warm and cozy (heated floors!!) Large kitchen/great room area is a wonderful place to relive a great day on the mountain. Breath taking views of the Yampa valley at sunset. Owner/manager very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. We will be back!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this fabulous house. This home met all our needs and more. It was so spacious. The view was breath taking. One early morning we even saw a bear roaming on the driveway. AMAZING! The owner was extremely helpful. What a great way to experience Steamboat Springs.

My family (seven adults with in-laws) rented this house in late March and we had a terrific experience. The house is not ski-in or ski-out but it sits up on the mountain near the ski area and has killer views of the town and valley. Transportation to the ski mountain is simple: drive to the free public lot, park, catch the free shuttle bus to the gondola. The house is big and beautiful with nice finishes but simply furnished and decorated so you feel at home. The kitchen is huge and well-furnished and it is easy to prepare big family meals. The owner has prepared detailed written instructions for all of those crazy things like lighting the gas fireplace, working the power blinds and ceiling fans, making the TV and stereo work, etc. There is a wonderful deck on the front or west side of the home which looks out over the valley; there is a private patio in the back of the home against the mountainside for the hottub (very clean and easy to operate) and the gas grill. Double garage is easy to use and very large. Wonderful master bedroom with large bathroom and walk in closet. There was one drawback but it turned out to be slight and that is why I explain it here because it is not a reason to not rent this home. There is no internet connection. Although this seems odd for a home this nice and given the requirements of today's world, its enhances the serenity of the home and there are several work-arounds, including coffee shops in town with free Wifi and best of all the public library at the west end of town which is a delight: free and fast Wifi, killer views from the second floor overlooking the Yampa River, nice staff, and plenty of parking. My wife and I worked at the library for a few hours each day and it was a good experience. Finally, I have rented many VRBO properties and have a range of experience with owners. The owner of this home was by far the easiest to work with and among the most responsive. I have no doubt that had there been any problem during our stay it would have been addresses quickly and effectively. We would return to this home in a heartbeat!

Overall, the home was lovely. The hot tub was perfect. The only thing I wished for was Wifi and a well-tuned piano. Truly gorgeous home--close to everything. The mgmt is very helpful and accommodating as well.

The property is perfect for a Steamboat getaway. There was more than enough room for our party of 11. The amenities in the home were more than enough. I can't thank Tyler enough for letting us use his property, it made for a perfect weekend.

This house is very large and open to the great room which was perfect for our whole group. The view was fantastic and looked out over the valley. At night we could view the stars clearly and watch the sunsets. The kitchen had all the utensils you would need to cook. Everything was very clean and had a lot of linens and pillows. The owner and manager were wonderful to deal with. We loved the house!

This is a well appointed comfortable rental. Everything is available including hair dryers. The kitchen is well stocked including a cork screw and coffee maker with bean grinder. The deck has a wonderful view. Unfortunately the chairs that were provided are a little worn and are not high enough to see over the railing. Also, there is not a table our there. It is a perfect place to spend the evening with drink and appetizers so it would be wonderful if there was some better furniture there. It is at the 'end of the road' so it was very quiet. Although it is only a few minutes from town, it is quite a drive up and around the roads. We went to the Saturday rodeo in Steamboat which was a great community event. Also ate at Laundry and Cafe Diva... both fabulous restaurant. The owner was extremely cooperative and helpful. Would highly recommend this rental.

We had a great stay. 5 adults and 3 kids under the age of three. More than enough room to spread out. Able to separate the kids at night so occasional screaming didn't wake everyone up. Location was ideal. Few minute drive to gondola square. Good restaurants nearby. Amenities were amazing. We have stayed at many VRBOs across the country and this was one of the best stocked houses. There would have been plenty of space for more people to stay!

We had a great time in this very Spacious & very comfortable home. Far enough away & also close enough to all that Steamboat has to offer. The views are amazing from the front deck & the back porch with the hot tub, grill, table, & umbrella are comfortable & private. The kitchen is spacious & has everything from spices to dish detergent to every kind of dish, pot, glasses you need to make many great meals. Missy, the caretaker of the home was so nice & easy to communicate with. We had a great time making memories here! Thank you;)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The only downside was the master bathroom needs some repair work on the shower transition to the flooring and the lack of cooling for the 3rd level in the summertime. Overall, it was a great place to enjoy and relax; however, it does need a good cleaning, especially the windows and carpet.

We had two families of four that had a vacation that we will never forget. The house was wonderful and very spacious. Everything we wanted and more was there for us to use. The three bedrooms and the loft allowed for all the kids to have their own beds, and there was plenty of room for more kids. The beds were very comfortable after our nightly hot tub cocktail hour(s). The house was in the village yet very private. The heated garage was large enough for us to fit our 2 full size trucks with plenty of room to spare. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home. It is beautiful. We will return. Especially if we can have the same weather next time. 50-60 degrees and great snow. Tyler, owner, and Missy, the locate caretaker, were very easy and helpful to work with.

Well started off kinda good. There wasn't enough room as stated to sleep 12 people which after finding the air mattresses wasn't a problem. Media room is confusing had to figure it out ourselves. The directions were not very helpful. Hot tub was very touchy and always seem to be on the wrong mode so wasn't hot. When I received the email about getting my deposit back it said that we were gonna charge us extra because we used more then 8 beds. Whatever that means. It took the maids extra time to clean the house even though the "extra beds" we're already blown up air mattresses. Needless to say I very disappointed in this stay. We go to steamboat 5-6 times a year and will never be staying here again.

We loved the house - it was perfect for the 7 of us old friends. At first it was hard to find but then we realized that we needed to go up the driveway marked 2640. We cooked and ate all of our meals there - the kitchen was great! We enjoyed the hot tub and gathering on the front deck for cocktails in the evenings - what a view! The house is clean and comfortable. We plan to make this an annual trip!
