Good value, well appointed room, in a quiet location close to both seafront and commercial district. Would recommend.

I have booked 2 rooms but somehow I mentioned 2 guests 1 child instead of 4 guests 1 child. Even though I booked 2 rooms which were enough to stay for 4 guests in 2 rooms, they charged 300rs per person i.e 600rs for 2 guests..
cigarettes left in the bathroom wasn't cleaned before we checked in.

The place was silent , no noise
No smiling hospitality .. staff were so dull .. in washroom , the exhaust fan was no functional , TV DTH was waiting to be recharged , bed side reading light was waiting for a bulb . Asked the staff about availablity of food joints , they told us to order from Zomato , but later we found many restaurants nearby asked about Araku tour , Reception lady was clueless .

First day room cleaning and bes sheet change wasn't done.
Check in time 12 hrs, so we had to pay extra as they demanded.

Room and the location is excellent.
But the staff behaviour of a boy receptionist wasn't as fast as expected. it took 30mins for check in. It could have been better.
We took 3 rooms and asked him to give all 3 in same floor but first he denied saying room isn't available. Then after 15 mins of argument he gave the room in same floor and all the rooms were vacant.

It was very well maintained 3 years ago
Now its ok and average. Needs more care in all aspects as before.
Restaurant should be opened as before. Rooms may need Re painting of walls to improve elegency.
