Breakfast was good. Looked fresh and staff attended the food. Location was perfect for visiting our grandchildren and family. The staff was very helpful with directions and trying to handle a problem with our not being able to get to our initial reservation.
The shower seemed more forceful than it needed to be. We couldn't make a reservation we made for the previous night. Neither Holiday Inn nor Booking.com were able to explain to me what my options were. It is not clear to me still how to apply to recover our reservation payment for the night we could not use. We had bought trip insurance.
