The location was possibly the best. Everything is within arms reach, easy to walk to many famous sites, a bunch of amazing cafes, restorants, pubs, bakeries(Gail's avacodo sourdough toast es everything, and breat and truffle foccacia sandwiches are great), around the apartment, as well as multiple groceries stores (MS, Waitrose, etc.), pharmacy (Boots). I loved how private and safe the entrance felt- you needed to go throu multiple doors to get to the apartment and there were no random people walking in the yard. The apartment itself was spacious, I had a feeling like there is room to breathe in it, which is not very common in Central London. The apartment was tidy, clean, you had everything needed. We could make dinner, wash our clothes, watch some Harry Potter on TV and enjoy ourself, as well as iron some clothes, there was a blowdryier avaliable. Full size fridge, microwave, even a kithen towel! Some lovely books about London.

I would be careful with bathroom floor as it tends to get slippery after shower(we used one of the towels provided as a bath mat when getting out of the shower). If there are people staying in the living room on the couch it can get a bit loud in the evening if the winow is open- but it is London, so it is loud everywhere! Bedrooms window was facing inner yard and was super peaceful and quiet.

Excellent location. Close to transport, restaurants and locations of interest.

:-( the apartment was soulless and not at all welcoming.

Great location, big bedroom

We didn’t receive any information on check-in, and where to find the entrance. So we were trying to find the correct entrance for half an hour and we couldn’t open the door because we didn’t receive any instructions. We had to chat with the helpdesk to get in.

Location was fantastic, lovely apartment, spacious & well equipped

The milk sachets were 2 years out of date so our tea curdled. No conditioner as shampoo was in that bottle which was labelled conditioner. No bath matt so I slipped over & out of the bath banging my head in the floor & bruising my legs. The door code was tricky to get in to.
