In the living room you will find a 42 X 77 J-Sofa that can be utilized in five different ways; wrapped J corner for a comfortable chair, J-Sofa, J-Sofa with table, converts into a booth dinette and of course, it can make into a bed. Directly across from the J-Sofa will be a 62 jack knife sofa for additional seating. The fully equipped kitchen has a straight countertop which creates a nice open walk way and floor space inside the motor home. The bedroom offers a 60 X 80 walk around queen bed with a large rear window and a large wardrobe to handle your hanging clothing needs. The corner bath is located next to the bed and offers a walk in shower. The outside storage is second to none, with a large luggage door for easy access to the main storage compartment for all of your camping items and a second luggage door for convenient access as well. Comes equipped with toaster, drip coffee maker, pots/pans, and basic cooking utensils. No Bedding is provided. The Motorhome is expected to be returned in the same clean condition in which you receive it. If you don't return it in the condition in which it is received an additional $120 cleaning fee will be added. No Burning man, Pismo Beach, Gorman, and Coachella NO early pickups or late drop offs. Renters must be 25 years old or older. NO SMOKING POLICY There is NO SMOKING in any of the RV rentals. If the RV is returned with any kind of smoking odor or other evidence of smoking, it will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit plus any additional charges incurred in cleaning and/or repair. EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION POLICY Items such as the A/C, coffee maker, awning, radio, DVD player, microwave, television, jacks, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made to you. RV DAMAGE POLICY If the RV and/or the contents in the RV are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs whether you were at fault or not or if damage was caused by acts of nature (wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood, etc). If your RV is equipped with awnings, please note: the RV awnings do not like wind. It is your responsibility to retract the awning even in the mildest windy conditions. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company, and contacting us immediately. At checkout, Coyote RV Rentals will estimate the damage, if any, and expedite the cleaning and/or repair.
