Location was good, close to shops and short walk to water area. Unit was spacious and comfortable although dated. Good for holidays with beach towels supplied.
top floor has good views and very airey, however a few steps to climb to access - should be listed on unit description. The notice advises to ensure air con turned off, however the unit has fans and no air con.
bedside tables and lamps need attention - one missing globe and other not located near power point. Suggest ceiling fans be serviced as they make noise when operating.

Location was great! Only 100m to the beach and 350m to the cafes.
Aircon would be a worthwhile investment, we were lucky we weren’t stuck inside. Bathrooms were functional but dated.

Handy position for walking to cafes and for a Sandstone Point concert (although a long walk home).
Unfortunately the deck is small and not well designed and I wish the beds were larger.
