The scenery going to BO-MARAK was breathtaking going back down the hill into town you get a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake in the distance
The fridge was not cold WiFi password and username are printed to small/hard to find with out being told where to look. And there was ants all over the room

Clean and good Motel, anyway the location was near a big street, the noise was o.k. To reach the down town is easy, restaurants not far away. We visited the June Pow Wow, what was impressive for us!

The location was perfect as we were driving through Northbay back to Kitchener. We checked in quite late and were helped by the nice lady at the front desk. Unloading our car was very convenient as we could backup to the door of our room,

I liked that the room was aired out before my stay. Everything in the room was very clean. It looked like care was taken in the dusting and high touch areas. This is considering there was road work outside the establishment. So I was very impressed.

Clean roomy but beds are hard like sleeping on granite floors
Although they have electric kettle for making coffee, they don't have coffee in room, nor tea or hot chocolate, you have to ask for it at desk during check in, and even then you only get instant coffee for one person, sugar packets are left overs from someone who went to coutryime donuts and left sugar packets behind , for a few pennies they try to save actually leaves a poor taste in customers impression of this Motel,

Clean roomy nicely appointed
Kettle and cups in room but no coffee/ tea this time around, likely a hiccup with housekeeping staff, beds ok but hard

Carpets were not really clean. Musty smell.

Great location (right on highway), great price, they allow dogs (don't leave home without them).
Only decaf coffee was available and heat wasn't on when we arrived. Once it warmed up, it was fine.

wanted more money than was agreed when booked. Never got room with queen bed as booked. Beds hard and could hear highway traffic. entrance door very poor fit and hard to close and lock. Toilet very low not suitable for senior adults

Easy access, good value
Although they offer, instant coffee etc in room, the only provide enough for one person even though you clearly have more than one staying in the room, in that respect a bit stingy. Steps entering office a bit high with nothing to hold, they could use a hand rail to make it easier to access for those with handicapped or mobility issues as I have , it would not be accessible at all if in a wheel chair. This would be a minor fix if owners wanted to alter entrance with a ramp, Bathrooms are nice but would benefit from grab assist rails in shower and by toilet for handicapped patrons.
