Terrace View Serviced Apartments 3

The apartment was nice, and the reception staff were friendly and responsive. the location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

However, there are a few things I would like to mention. The property has a swimming pool, but it was closed during our stay. I recommend confirming in advance whether the pool is open, especially if you are traveling with children. My kids were looking forward to swimming, so it was disappointing to find out that the pool was closed. Breakfast was included, but the selection was very limited. There were only two or three basic options, such as Ful (fava beans) and oats. There was no live omelet station, even though the cooking equipment was available. I asked the chef if he could prepare an omelet, but he refused and said only the available items could be served. The air conditioners in the rooms are quite old. They make noticeable noise and take a long time to cool the room.

Good for family usage and safety
