Every thing was well planned, step by step, with the check in process. The place was neat and tidy, easily accessible from car park. Clean towels provided. No traffic during the weekdays we were there. Very responsive management.

We couldn't sit outside on the balcony because of the broken chairs and dirt. There weren't many places to hang clothes. With a family of 4, we did 1 load of washing and there weren't enough spaces/ hangers to hang the clothes. Some were still wet. Air con in living room wasn't really cold (bedroom's was great). We raced back to Atlantis Residence after having an early dinner and the waffle shop at level 7 ran out of batter before closing and we couldn't have waffle😭and had to travel out to get them as we promised the children. (This did not affect the rating given) The mattress could use a mattress topper ( maybe?) it was a bit uncomfortable for my back. The rule that states the "please do not move beds" or there will be RM50 penalty. - this really meant, yes, you can move the beds; just make sure they're in their original position when checking out. My 1 year old fell off the side where the gap was, because we were worried about moving the beds. Thankfully she is alright.

The place was great and we really enjoyed the building. The apartment had everything we needed, even the washing machine. Also the access to the pool and other cool public facilities.

The location was not good at all. Taxi ride away from the city centre.

1. Advertise as 2 double bed and 1 sofa bed BUT no sofa bed. Just normal sofa. When asked, the staff said you should know the type of sofa by looking at the picture. 2. The sofa was dirty with spots. They covered the sofa with a cover with holes. Under the bed was dirty. 3. We looked for a unit that can fit 6 pax. When we reached, it can only fit 4 pax. Asked for extra bed. No stock. Told us when you book you should see the picture. 4. Advertise new towels. Only old towels with bad patches 5. The toilet door was faulty. 6. The staff not helpful and keep saying we should check. We relied on the description as advertised. 7. The curtains were smelly and we could not close entirely. It has gaps in between. 8. Noisy

The bed is so comfortable comparable to a 4-star hotel. because it's a residence, I already expect the spacious. the facilities provided also meet the expectations, they still clean, functional and neat

The parking area takes a long time to go down after check out, and during my visit almost 50 minutes to reach at post guard. The property is superb just for me in this section. Property Management needs to be more aware of handling during checkout time.

The location is strategic, located between the heritage site and Klebang beach. Quiet near to both. Plus points, the swimming pool is so exciting for the kids. Really need to stay more than one night!

If the jacuzi is accessible to guest, it would double the awesomeness. But the jacuzi is only for residents. And the lookout points was not allowed to bring food.

No Netflix /didn’t know Malaysian electricity socket different from Australia..was difficult to find a suitable socket
