the attention of the staff. I'm autistic and I arrived later than expected and completely tired, and almost unable to communicate at that point. The staff was great and super patient with me, the girls from the bar made me a quick salad and gave me some basil for my bunny, the breakfast was adecuate. i arranged the shuttle to the airport the next day and they even waited for me when I was late for it because my luggage indeed broke. They also kept my medicine in their fridge as it needed to stay cold.
my only regret is that I was too tired to actually enjoy my stay, wish I could have stayed longer!
not exactly their fault, but my luggage was already faulty and it was difficult to drag the luggage through the carpet.
also there was an error on the information of the facilities (booking.com said on the website there were vending machines in the facility, which I was counting on since I have an insulin issue and I was going to arrive late due to an issue with the train and I knew I would not make it on time for the restaurant to be open. This could have been really bad for me since my remaining option would have been ordering out (probably at a much higher price)

Es hat uns als Familie das gesamte Konzept, die Philosophie, sowie die Zimmerausstattung des Hotels sehr gut gefallen.
Das man als Gast, doch noch Parkgebühr bezahlen darf. Warum?
Der Gast, der per Flug anreist bzw abreisen möchte, bekommt noch einen kostenneutralen Service angepriesen.

Ich war völlig geflasht von der Qualität des Hotels. Bei weitem kein 0/8/15 Durchgangs-Flughafen-Hotel, sondern tolle Qualität. Die Lobby und die Bar laden zum Verweilen ein, die Zimmer sind riesig, es gibt extra Waschlappen im Bad. Ich bin vor Öffnung des Frühstücks abgereist und habe eine Frühstücks-Tüte vorbestellen dürfen. Top!

Fehlinformarionen zum Shuttle. Kostenlos ist nur die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Dieser Serbice endet jedoch um 20:50. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen ist kostenpflichtig. All dies wurde vom Servicepersonal anders kommuniziert

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und modern eingerichtet. Das ist Zimmer sowie das Bad sind geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig.
Hervorzuheben ist der Flughafenshuttle, der uns für "kleines Geld" zum Flughafen gebracht hat.

Alles perfekt! Schönes Zimmer, tolles Bad, freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Frühstück, schöner großer Frühstücksraum. Alles gut organisiert und gut durchdacht. Super Shuttlebus.

Besonders wertvoll ist, dass das check-in zu jeder Nachtzeit vorgenommen werden kann! Es sind immer genug Parkplätze vorhanden! Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und es ist für jeden was dabei!
Das Doppelbett ist mit nur 1 Bettdecke ausgestattet und somit kann es vorkommen, dass eine/r über Nacht "ohne" bleibt!

Das erste Zimmer das man mir gab , stank als wäre gerade jemand auf der Toilette gewesen. An der Rezeption sagte man mir , dass sowas ab und zu mal vorkommt. Bekam dann ein anderes Zimmer

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht zwischen Flug und Zugfahrt genutzt. Die Mitarbeiter haben uns trotz später Ankunft freundlich empfangen und umsorgt. Das Frühstück war gut.

Eigentlich war alles nicht so wie ich gedacht hatte
Die Lage waren vielleicht zum Flughafen günstig aber ansonsten leider zu verlassen. Es gibt keine Gastronomie zum Essen in der Nähe. Doppelzimmer Betten auch zu klein und Abend kannst du nur kleine Snack kaufen da es kein Angebot zum Abend Essen gibt's. In so einem hotel erwartet man das schon

Da ich sehr früh zum Flughafen musste war das nur eine Übernachtung. Das Abendessen dort war in Ordnung. Wenn ich nochmal sehr früh fliegen würde, dann würde ich wieder dort übernachten.
Für diesen kurzen Aufenthalt gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Shuttlefahrer
Der Umgang mit mir als Gast. In meinem Zimmer war wohl die Lüftung defekt. Ich meldete das. Es gibt keinen Techniker. Es kam niemand nachschauen. Ich wurde aufgefordert mitten in der Nacht zur Rezeption zu kommen. Dann ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen erhalten. Und durfte dann alles über die ganze langen Flure schleppen. Dafür gab es aber immerhin ein Sorry🤨Und die Kommunikation auf Englisch. Dass es zum Frühstück kein Rührei oder Spiegelei gab. In die Qualität des Aufschnitts zu wünschen übrig ließ.

Hôtel très fonctionnel avec un rez de chaussée immense très bien aménagé entre salon, accueil réception et restaurant qui sert encore assez tard le soir.
La chambre est très agréable et confortable.
L'accueil réception est professionnel mais sans véritable chaleur.
Le restaurant est un plus mais son organisation est a améliorer dans la gestion des commandes. Il a fallu attendre 30 minutes pour avoir une pizza réchauffée au micro-onde (probable oubli)
La situation proche du lieu de réunion est pratique mais l'atteindre en transport en commun relève de l'aventure...

Hôtel très calme, propre, proche aéroport avec navette disponible pour 5€/personne. Petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. Super café expresso 😁. Pizzeria à 10 mn à pied. Bar sympathique.
Restauration sur place sommaire. Cela ne correspond pas à un restaurant comme on peut l'attendre au vu du descriptif mais pizza ou flammkuche au choix.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, nette Atmosphäre, sauberes Zimmer, ruhige Gegend, Fluglärm normal, hat uns nicht gestört, weiß man ja bei der Standortwahl. Frühstücksbuffet völlig okay und reichlich, mir hat Rührei gefehlt, aber das ist Geschmacksache.
Das Bettlaken hatte Löcher und ein Glas war am Rand defekt - muss nicht sein.
