The breakfast isn't "Good" like Booking says: it's a voucher at a connected Starbucks. The room I stayed in wasn't layed out so that you have the ability to see out any window from the bed. The hotel lobby is full of a custom scent that they seem very proud of, but it's also intense. That extends to the soaps and shampoos in the hotel—everything is over-scented. It's not nice.

整體住下來讓人感覺很舒服，相關設備都很棒

唯一缺點是幫我辦入住的櫃檯先生，講話根本聽不到，還要一直蛤蛤蛤才聽到，所有的資訊都在隔壁櫃小姐口中得知，她也正在辦入住，但幫我們辦入住的先生什麼都沒說喔！好像我是常客都知道一樣，這點很扣分！

Bed and pillow are not very comfortable. The blankets are too thick and too hot. We asked to change to thinner blankets but the hotel replied the ones provided are the “ thinnest” (I wonder how these “thin” blankets can serve the guests in summer under 37 degree C! (Don’t mention to me air-cond)). We tuned the air-cond to the coldest but just better than nothing. Wonder if it is a waste of energy! Suggest the hotel should prepare various kinds of bedding supplies to suit different guests. Free washing machines and dryers are really good, but only 3 each serving all guests. Moreover, the machines are located near some guest rooms and hence they are not in service after 10:00pm. Suggest the hotel considering moving the machines to a more suitable place and extend the time of use (Taipei’s night markets and shopping malls are attractive and guests may come back to the hotel late.). Also to increase the number of them. I don’t mind if a charge is imposed using washing machine. This is more fair.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The staff were useless. They didn’t know what was open or closed, and were very reluctant to check for us. Terrible service. Rooms weren’t cleaned till late afternoon.

Everything. The hotel is new and clean. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the MRT. The room was big and relaxing.

Little expensive for a 4 stars hotel. However, it does have 5 stars standards. And if i can change one thing, it will be the starbuck breakfast.

スイートに宿泊。バスルームと部屋との間が完全に仕切られていないので、入浴時、シャワー使用時に音がうるさい。

飯店的枕頭有點軟，墊兩個有點太硬了 但其他地方都非常的滿意

As soon as you walk into the property you already feel at home because of the smell which i am sure is a custom scent. You can’t beat the location for this property too. Rooms were clean, beautiful and spacious!!!!!

It was probably because we stayed here on NYE weekend, but they only had twin bed rooms left. I was traveling with four other couples and we all ended up with twin bed rooms.

Location and the room is so comfy and spacious.

It is gracious that hotel provide free usage of washing machines and dryers. Though we can check the status on TV, but the waiting time can be quite long. The laundry room is closed at 10pm, this makes it very inconvenient, we need to call Reception if our laundry is not ready by 10pm.

Absolutely gorgeous property with all the in room amenities you could need. Everything is so clean and the rooms are so well designed.

住宿位置優越，房間乾淨整潔，飯店人員服務非常好。訂購房型有阜杭豆漿早餐專案，早上起床不用人擠人就有人氣早餐(燒餅油條、飯糰、甜鹹酥餅、甜豆漿)送至房門前，非常愜意。

如果早餐可以選擇品項就更好了。

Location was great, staff service and politeness was awesome. Help and support is within minutes whenever we needed it. Kudos to the team for making my stay enjoyable.

The room's main door can't be kept open, it is difficult for families having to move luggage, bags and baby stroller out of the room. So someone has to stand by the door to keep the door open while the other person has to move all the other things. It is very inconvenient for us especially when there's only 2 adults and 1 toddler. Room trash bin is too small and there is no centralised bin for me to dispose at my level, had to bring to level 1 to dispose. If the fridge temperature can be colder to cater for families needing to store medicine for children. The current temperature is barely cold to keep anything in there. Hope to have all these changes when I return

Location is great! Near to everything in Taipei! The room is so comfy and clean. This hotel is pretty new.

It’s a bit expensive but with very good quality and location! If affordable, really recommend this hotel.
