The Villa is in a great location, very central. The best is the patio and garden and the little pool. The flowers over the big table, where everyone fitted at the same time, were pretty and brought shade. The Mallorquin style in the garden is nice but you could make much more out of it. Lots of empty and broken plant pottery lay around to only name one thing. The villa is spacious and there is easily enough space for 12 ppl. The beds and linen were clean and seemed to be new. We had enough towels for the pool for everyone. Wifi works well. Luckily our contact Esteban was always reachable and trying to help. He sent cleaning stuff twice but you don't want to spend your holidays writing complaints, taking pictures of problems and waiting until they prepare the house in your holiday instead of BEFORE your arrival.

First of all there was nobody at our arrival that received us or was briefing us. The lock at the front door was difficult to open, luckily the contact number was reachable. The Villa was not prepared well before our arrival. It seemed like it had not been rented for a long time. The roof in one of the sleeping rooms was leaking at four places in a rainy night. We had a huge ant street over our heads in one of the sleeping rooms. The sunbeds were extremely dirty. There were not enough dishes, glasses and silverware. The coffee machine was full of mould. The outdoor shower did not work. Half of the bulps inside the house were broken. The smell in the house was extremely musty. Toilet seats, towel rails, wall hooks, shower head holders were broken, faucets leaking, windows not cleaned etc In the showers was mould everywere. Only 2 of the 4 bathrooms are renovated. It was supposed to have a BBQ on site. It was missing but unfortunately in the backyard and garage was a lot of junk instead. The photos on the website looked much better than it was in real.
