It's very comfortable, neat hotel with spacious rooms, lovely balconies, swimming pool and very nice breakfast served in a beautiful restaurant. The staff on reception, in the caffe and restaurant as well ladies in charge of maintanence are all very professional and kind. Location of hotel is ideal for short and pleasant 10 minutes walk to the Ribarska Banja spa complex where tourists or those who need special treatment can enjoy in public swimming pool with warm, mineral water. Very near to hotel one can find good restaurants and grocery store, post office, pharmacy... Ribarska Banja is a lovely little place situated in lush greenery, a perfect place for rejuvenation and vacation.

This hotel is superb place for an enjoyable vacation. The management have chosen very kind and professional staff to make guests feel welcomed.

Nice thermal outdoor swimming pool. Usually no crowd. This is the only advantage of the hotel and the only reason I would recommend it. Bare in mind that everything else is average or below it.

When we arrived elevator didn’t work, but stuff did their best to fix it immediately. The same issue repeated couple of times though. Decent breakfast, but dinner was pretty basic served from 6 to 9 pm and after 7 pm the food selection becomes very poor. No umbrellas on outdoor swimming pool, so we had to move across sun-beds to chase shadow:) Rooms with street view have no air condition , although the room description on hotel website includes it. Room facilities as well overall hotel facilities hardly meet 3 stars hotel and certainly not 4 stars.
