It’s new and modern
The room was a bit cramped. The hvac fan was always on.

We had to leave first thing in the morning so we did not have breakfast. I love the lvp flooring in our room. So much cleaner than carpet. The room was comfortable and the mattress firm which was great. I love the blinds for privacy and then for blackout. Nice size tv although we had a bit of an issue trying to get remote to function. Soap, lotion, toiketries very good. Great scent. Shower water pressure was excellent. Every part of the room wS CLEAN, which is sincerely appreciated.
Our shower door had a leak so the floor got quite wet. We told the front desk about this and am sure that will get resealed soon.

This is a perfect place for a budget weekend trip. The hotel is very minimalistic but still very clean and comfortable. The rooms have blackout curtains, which were great. The coffee is available 24/7 and the breakfast is simple but still delicious. One of the cleanest hotel I have stayed in.
The rooms are a little on the small side but still very functional. The breakfast is good but if you don't get there fairly early then they will start to run out certain items. There's not a lot of storage space in the rooms, so it's best to pack light if staying here.

Off the road enough and not a main street so it was quiet. Modern design that feels brand new. Clean with very comfortable bed. Nice gathering area if you have a group.
No pool if that matters. Room was not very large and limited furniture.

Breakfast could have been better. Wish they could warn guests that the egg omelette over the egg white section actually included the full egg. I’m allergic to the yolk (yellow part). The bathroom light sensor goes off quickly, mid shower. other than these the hotel was very comfortable to stay in.

Price. That it had a roll-in shower for my handicapped brother. That is why I picked the place.
Poor hot breakfast offerings. Terrible omelettes. Housekeeping banging at my door at 8a!

As a person with disabilities and uses a wheelchair, the access to the building was blocked with snow. Thus, I could not enter the lobby. We asked for the snow to be scooped. We left, upon our return, minimal effort had been taken for snow removal.

For what you charge your breakfast is a joke.
Also, your front desk staff is way overboard with the masks and alcohol gel: I won't be back as science clearly shows that masks are a joke for a virus that is 99.9% survivable.

The breakfast was better than anticipated-lots of choices and everything was fresh.
we were given the handicap room, not sure why, difficult to keep the water in the shower.The queen mattress in our room next to the window is sagging and needs to be replaced
