We spent 3 nights here for a mid-week ski trip. Clean, spacious, and brilliant location--simple walk to Canyon. Covered parking was an added bonus.

Great location for a short walk to the base of Canyon Lodge. Lots of space and very comfortable. It was definitely dated, but comfortable.

We have used Mammoth Reservations a number of times and Silver Bear #18 is the best one we’ve stayed in so far. The unit is well-appointed, spacious and offers plenty of room for up to 6 people (we had 4). We could not have asked for a better location which is just a short walk to Canyon Lodge. It is on the route of the Blue Line to the Village which made it very convenient when we did not want to drive. The only thing that we had an issue during our stay was the WiFi was not working, but a call to Mammoth Reservations provided a quick resolution when they sent a technician to help fix it. MR also gave us a brand new coffee maker because the one in the unit was broken. Kudos to Mammoth Reservations and their staff! Overall, a great place to stay in Mammoth. We’ll be renting it again next time we are up.

My overall experience was good. But this condo needs serious upgrades. The water temperature is not controllable and it gets so hot it is dangerous. If more than one person is using water, it goes from burning to freezing.
