Perfect location to explore Little Havana, small but nice place to spend few nights. Clean and welcoming with a nice garden.

The patio deserves a bit more care but overall it is a nice place, very happy with the choice!

Breakfast was not included but I had a small refrigerator and microwave and could have made my own or could have gone to a nearby restaurant. I was a half block from the main drag of West Little Havana yet the location was quiet. I had everything I could have needed except for a toaster. The cost was reasonable -the value excellent.

I can't think of anything I disliked.

AC works great. Clean. No bugs (except mosquito). Great location, near the center of Calle Ocho in Little Havana. Secure parking for your car. Electronic door locks. Nice porches and yard but mosquitoes are excessive so you can't use them (spray the flower beds and grass would help). Mostly quiet, some noise from another apartment on the property.

Need to spray bushes/ flower beds/ grass for mosquitoes. You can hear people in apartment next to you. Bed is very firm/ hard.
