I loved the fact that the area is a clean,friendly and top standard location.But its environmentally friendly and perfect for family vacations.Our host was the sweetest person and even assisted us with some water and notifying us about when water should come back.Communication was very open between us and the host even before arrival wish is best.Would revisit the place

To bad the water and electricity were effect because of the effect of the rain disaster happing in KZN and Load shedding schedules.But atleast they have rechargable backup lights to use should power outage.

I book on Booking.com for the convenience. I was then told I had to do an eft or pay a cash damages deposit and the arrangement for the keys was clumsy. We had to wait over an hour for the keys as they had to be got to the property from Hillcrest. There were no rubbish bags for the bins in the kitchen, and no dustbins in the bathrooms and bedrooms. This and the no ventilation between bookings could have contributed to the stench. Table is unsteady which caused an empty wine glass to topple for which we were charged damages.

Valerie was an incredible host! She was attentive, always available for recommendations based on our interests and enthusiastic to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our time here. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. The facilities in the estate are impeccable and we felt safe at all times. The estate is central to many activities, including close proximity to beautiful beaches, shopping malls and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the patio and taking in the cool breeze on warmer days.

Would be great to have mirrors/dressing areas in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms as well and/or perhaps a full length mirror. As we stayed for a longer period, it would have been great to have a cleaning service provided including refills of amenities e.g. toilet paper, replacing towels etc.

We liked the lifestyle centre. My family spent most of the time in the pool & at the resturant. The resturant staff was so friendly & accommodating especially Marlin. Marlin gave us excellent service. Also the owner was quick to reply to all our messages.

There were 3 problems we experienced. The first problem was the check-in time. I clearly indicated that i will check-in at 14:00 but on the day of check-in the cleaner was still busy cleaning & she only finished cleaning at 15:30. The second problem i experienced was after the cleaner cleaned the flat there was a bad smell. I think the cleaner used a mop on the floors that had a very bad odour & there were dish cloths on the sink which smelt bad. The third problem i experienced, the lifestyle centre has a wellness spa but when we tried to book it was fully booked for our stay therefore we could not use this facility.. We really needed to use the spa to de-stress but this was not available.

It is a very pleasant estate...near to travel to the Mall and Restaurants... The host was very helpful with our stay...

All was excellent.

The property was well furnished, compact, and close to all the places we wanted to visit. There’s decent wifi, and everyone had decent night’s rest. the complex also had nice extras. I wouldn’t mind coming back as it was good value for money.

The property only has an Openview decoder, which is limited on rainy days, would have been nice to have other options, or even a smart tv to log into our own streaming services since there’s decent wifi. everything else was good!

Loved the beds and the broad cutlery. That Braai feature is cool too. WiFi! Very clean All soaps come included Loved that water really came through in the mornings.

Facility had a tv but it was outdated, no smart features. No dstv some strange Open View thing with weird channels. Bring a laptop or you’ll be watching Etv like it’s the early 2000’s No tv in the main room, has some glowing mirror where the tv should be. Was charged R500 for a loud tv after 11pm 😂😂 but one of the features is the unit is soundproof so I didn’t get that. Accommodation would be great to host over 40’s as maybe they’d be asleep around 10pm everyday. Not luxurious but very nice modern finishes. The unit has no view just staring at people’s front doors and front kitchen windows.

We loved everything. Our hosts played a pivotal role in us enjoying the place. They even arranged for us to check in earlier. We felt like family which was great. The facilities are top notch. Very easy to use and we really enjoyed it a lot. I recommend everyone to use this venue.
