Ocean Front! Questa è una casa di città, è una grande proprietà con quattro camere da letto e quattro bagni, ideale per due o tre famiglie. Le case-città sono a tre livelli con muri condivisi, quindi devi essere pronto per le scale e ti preghiamo di essere consapevole dei tuoi vicini. La vista dell'oceano è spettacolare, vista a 180 gradi della Monterey Bay da Monterey a Santa Cruz. Questa casa-città ha bisogno di un aggiornamento che si riflette nella tariffa notturna, ma l'appartamento è molto funzionale e accomodante.

Pleasantly surprised as it is obvious the owners are remodeling. Looks way better than the pix on VRBO. Bedrooms are all large.
It did not get 5 stars because to get to the property, one should not be handicapped. Lots of stairs to the3 condos ...or a long graduated path up to them.. Inside there is no bathroom on the living level. One has to go down a flight of stairs to use the restrooms in the bathrooms.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of this home, the view, the close proximity to the sand and the fact that each room had a full bath and it's own patio. I will most definitely be back!

The place was nice, it's in a gated community and it's a little cumbersome to get in and out of especially late night. I left a nice gray hat there and they said they would hang onto it for me, when I was down south next weekend I called back and they said: "We don't even have a lost and found…" Also, it looks like a plumbing and lighting fixture has been changed out in that place since about the 90s…
