Everything apart from no tv should have an option to hire tv while staying even at a small cost

No tv option

The advertiser was none existent! The cleaner non existent! AlthoughI paid circa £25:00 for cleaning. 1 towel for three days.

It was dirty disgusting, no Hot running water, had to boil a kettle to get a shave!, smelt of Smoke and other funny smells ie weed. The room had no fire evacuation procedures? Is this breaking the law? 3 Days 1 towel and nobody to ask for anything! Tried calling person number went straight to answer phone.

Didn't like anything, not a livable place, for even for a minute stay. Begins with the enterence of the property, there are small ramp on the way to door, no sign of it. First impression the bedroom and bed were dirty.was having heating at that point, by 9 pm, but thereafter, the heating didn't come at all. The dining area on the radiator people drying their clothes. Down stairs toilet no bolt in it. Went upstairs to the toilet and shower dirter than the description I can give. There were clothes drying on the bannister through the stairs and the offensive smell like rotten animal. I spent night in a very suffocated way, thinking I was lying on dirty linen and duvet cover. Morning went brush my teeth on the ground floor, and there was no hot water at all. Wasted water for ten minutes, but no hot water came through, so I decided to leave the accommodation due to these all factors. Got all my stuff back, but unfortunately, I LOST THE KEY IN MY ROOM, which I realised when closed the entrance door behind me. I messaged the owner, Reggie, and mentioned everything, but he didn't say i have to cancel the accommodation to get the refund if I wasn't staying. I sent the pictures and requested the money back. He said he could not find the key. I said, deducted the money for the key, and refunded the rest." He said he would refund only one day money. Also, he mentioned no cleaners on holidays. I think then he should have closed the business until the holiday finishes Now I would like the refund

room 4 had no internet and I was called an idiot for asking for Wi-if for you to get Wi-Fi password you have to go check under the router that is how bad it is.

not worth it. don’t use this property. it looks like an abandoned building I was supposed to spend 4 night here. I left less than 2 hours after check in. which was enough for me to book another accommodation elsewhere. check in details are sent via WhatsApp in a manner you will not understand

Room is big.

Kitchen wasn't clean when I arrived.One of the fridges smelled horrible.There aren't much utensils available.Light in the toilet was not working and toiletries/toilet paper not provided.Stains on bedsheet.

Although it is not the room pictured in the advert, it is big, spacious and well located. It was clean.

The shared facilities were filthy, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong smell of weed throughout the building. The room was not ready at the time of check in, and I had to ask a number of times for the address of the building.
