The house was clean and tidy.

The big bins were overflowing and stunk.

The location was great for our needs in that it was in walking distance to facilities in the town and the pub in which we were attending a birthday celebration. The house was a good size for our group, with four bedrooms, a nice living area and a kitchen with a dining table. There was also an outside area out the back. The house is fairly old but large, clean and comfortable.

Having one bathroom and one toilet for a group of 6 was a concern at first but ended up not being a problem. I wasn't aware that an extra charge would apply for the use of the facility's linen and towels when I booked. However, after being advised by the owner of the charge, we all ended up bringing our own. We also did not have any real need for wi-fi during our stay but I imagine this would be problem for some guests.

WE HAD BOUGHT BREAKFAST SUPPLIES BUT THE STOVE DID NOT WORK TO BE ABLE TO COOK IT, AND HAD TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY GOING OUT FOR BREAKFAST TWO MORNINGS

Location was handy. Rooms are large and beds comfortable.

The property is advertised as Ok for pets however there is no fence to keep dogs in the back garden. The front fence is only 30cm high. This meant we had to take the dogs everywhere with us at all times after they managed to squeeze through to the front garden even after we tried to barricade the back garden. A small fenced off area was not suitable to lock the dogs in as it was hot and there was no proper shelter there. Perhaps this needs to be made much clearer.

The house was very comfortable and everything we needed was supplied. Great location, close to the shops, pub and beach. Good house for families. Great kids toy box.

Had obviously been shut up for awhile as it was a bit musty smelling when first arrived.

The house was dirty, we paid $50.00 for linen that was not very nice. Bathroom was disgusting cobwebs everywhere, soiled carpet on way in. House was cold couldnt use heater.

Nice and spacious, kitchen beautiful, location great

Bathroom was mouldy..pillow cases were mouldy in 1 double room..it was tidy, but dirty.
