Great location, great rooms and great price. The owner was very helpful. We got earlier check in and awesome restaurant recommendations. He even provided business cards with discount. Will come back again for sure.

All great and as shown on the pictures. A great plus - mosquito nets on both windows. A quiet area near a small river. There is a fridge, and a fridge. A supermarket 2 min away. The host is kind and helping. I was a bit worried because some other reviewers mentioned the noise, but I stayed for 5 nights and could only hear neighbors open and close the entrance door of their rooms.
Not a minus for me, but I am not sure what the cleaning policy is. As I said, although I stayed for 5 nights, no room service was provided - I took out the trash etc. I do not mind at all doing it, I was just wondering of this was communicated somewhere and I missed it :)

Good value for the money. Lovely stay.
The check in process is a bit complicated. If we wouldn't have a phone with us, we wouldn't be able to get in.
