+ Big house, big rooms, multiple bathrooms, toilet separate from bathroom. House is a bit of a maze, but you’ll get used to it. + The house has got a lovely beachy feel to it. + Big elevated patio on the sunny side of the house. + Big garden (walled off so save for kids) surrounded by farmland and another house. + Lots of toys for the kids. + Multiple fridges and enough seating area for dinner (both inside and outside). + Great location, everything WW2 is within a 1 hour drive (except for Mont Saint Michel). + 5 minutes walk from the beach (sand and rocks/pebbles) + 1,5 km from a small supermarket and bakery. + Nearest town with a market, supermarkets, more shops, gasoline and restaurants is Courseulles sur Mer and about a 10 minutes drive. + Beds and bedrooms are great. Especially the attic is nice and spacious. + Fireplace is great. Seating area around it is the most cozy area of the house. + Front balcony is great for enjoying the seaside sunrise, birds and rooster and an early coffee.

- The house is quite noisy. Especially on the attic. You can hear everything moving and creeking/cracking. - The bathroom downstairs is quite dated, though the shower and toilet work perfectly fine. - Though the house gets cleaned fine enough, it could be done better. Spider-webs, dust and a particular smell that you’ll get used to. - TV doesn’t work well and is tugged away in another room.
