The location is perfect. The apartment is clean.

The TV and the hotplates do not work. The apartment needs a refreshing renovation, but it is clean nonetheless.

The property is excellent and nice

Microwave is not working stove is not working TV remote this without power batteries wall clock this also not working

Location is good quite near from Central Station, food places and business centre. The room is clean and facility is good.

To get into the apartment and the room is not convinience enough due to must use website link (visual key). We did not receive clear information about the address between unit 30 or 26 also check out timing is different stated between contract terms (stated 11am) and online booking (stated 10am). But, standard check out timing usually by 11am instead of 10am. We cannot get into apartment to check out our stuff while we reach apartment before 11am and we wait quite long (1 hour) to get into the apartment. Visual key is good for safety purpose, but it's really NOT convinience for tourism to moving around and it worst if the key has been expiry and one thing the host must state very clear information for the address before and after check in online (there is 2 units - 26 and 30) also timing check in and check out between online booking and the contract terms. That would be better if contract terms provided in English too, so tourism who cannot understand Italiano at least can understand terms and conditions. For unit 30, that would be better if outside of apartment put sticker for the host name or house name as there are few doors in block 30 also that would be better if the host provided contact no. directly instead of use machine operator. Make it convinience for tourism that will be excellent.

Doccino rotto, orario check-in sforato di un ora, sono arrivato alle 16 e sed hanno finiti frettolosamente di pulire
