They promised to message the details which never happened. Needed to call and do the entrance coding over the phone which was not that easy with lingual barrier and generated additional international phone call costs.

was very disappointed. Linen was very dirty. The white towels were beige with stains on them and smelling.. Also, we were on the top floor with a 4 year old. Obviously, the child can't keep quiet. The guest downstairs complain about the noise we felt like prisoners in the apartment . In the future, I think you should put families with kids on the bottom floor. Picturrs of place did not meet expectations. Did not enjoy our stay.

I didn't like the stairs. Also the sky light is a nice idea but if you are a late sleeper the sun comes right down on you.

This place was so comfy and cute we decided to stay here for our whole trip instead of going to a different part of the island, we just ended up driving instead. Loved the balcony! Nicest one on the street! Owners were responsive as well.

Confortable, accessible

20+ fling insects attacked and bit me first night, had to buy a killer insect spray.

This accommodation is situated very centrally in Fort-de-France; very close to the market and just 15 minutes walk from the ferry port. Access is via electronic codes and even the toilet has wizzy electronic functions! Everything was nice and clean and the nights were surprisingly quiet for the location.

The accommodation was on the top floor and so the bed and sofa are under the eaves. I'm glad I was travelling alone; I think having 2 of us under the eaves would have been claustrophobic. I also had a few problems with accessing the property; the electronic key lock took several attempts to activate. I was also a little disappointed by the lack of night life and eateries in the immediate vicinity.

the keypad to my room never worked. luckily I got the key when I checked in and the person cleaning my room was still there. the stairs to go up to the unit are very narrow and it’s difficult to carry a large suitcase. the unit doesn’t look at all like photos online. very small unit. overpriced. there is a notice for us to bring our garbage with us when we check out. how realistic is it to ask guests to leave with a bag of garbage?? where are we supposed to put it? for the price we pay, cleaning the unit including emptying garbages should be the basic.
