the location...
the wifi connection..
the stairs, too narrow... and no elevator
the parking area,.. may be only 5 to 6 cars

Location is great. Basic Room, generally clean but could do better.
Great for one or two night stay.
Bed needs a change, they already sunken. TV signal is not clear/grainy (why put up a TV if we can't watch them properly).
Soundproofing is terrible, you can hear music and people laughing from the cafe up front. No elevator and stairs is too narrow.

good for the gram, attached dining area/cafe.
duvet and towels are not really clean, A/C quite weak, mosquitoes.
