This was the perfect property for OU game activities; located just a 30 minute walk to campus corner, 5 minute drive to Cross or Towers, and less than 5 minute drive to game parking.
The house itself was just as described. It was very comfortable and had the amenities we wanted like a washer/dryer, dishes and coffee maker. The check in/out process was one of the smoothest we've experienced. Thanks to the property owner for a great stay for our family!

The Jean Marie house is in the perfect location. Easy access to I-35, shopping, downtown Norman, and the University. My niece's wedding was in the University area so the ability to shuttle family easily was of most importance. We were impressed with the amount of kitchen utensils and equipment since we cooked most of our meals. Because of the bizarre heat dome we were under, the back bedrooms were taking longer to cool off. As soon as I let Shannon know about this, she had someone come over to correct the problem and soon, the bedrooms were cooling quite comfortably. Shannon was on top of answering any questions I had, responded very quickly and was very accommodating. I could tell she takes pride in providing a safe and comfortable environment for her guests. If we have a need to return, we will contact Shannon again.

It was an incredible time away as we reconnected with one another, having the pool to ourselves was simply amazing and we miss it daily. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby.

Came in for a HS baseball tournament, end up with a relaxing vacation. Layout was great, pool was refreshing!!! Will be back if we end up in Norman area again.

Cute and clean property - close to OU in a quiet neighborhood. Property just as stated/pictured on listing. Property had everything we needed for a great stay including a sparkling pool. We had a wonderful stay!

The property was perfect for our needs. The home was exactly half way between both of our families! The home was nice and comfortable and all our needs were met! Would definitely consider this for the next visit! Weather was so very cold so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful outside. MYbe next time!

The house was beautifully maintained, very clean and had everything we needed and more. When one of the group locked themselves out of the bathroom, the owner immediately helped us. The pool was great for all ages and I would gladly rent that property again. It is not far from the interstate with easy access to the best places in Norman. We all enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing in Norman
This property is everything you could ask for and more! The home was very clean, comfortable, accommodating and very convenient to all of Norman, including a short trip to OKC. The pools was crystal clear with a large backyard with plenty of outdoor furniture to accommodate your family. Shannon was a great host and went above and beyond helping us pick up a few items we had left in the home. Very responsive and professional at all times... This is a great home and we look forward to staying again in the near future..

Perfect Pool Retreat
This property is such a gem! The house was immaculate upon our arrival and stocked with all the essentials that make a stay comfortable (shampoo/conditioner, tp, lotion, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, pool toys, pool towels). The pool was perfect and my kids literally spent every moment possible swimming in it.
Shannon was most helpful and responsive before and upon check in, as well as during our stay. He responds to questions and requests promptly, and genuinely wants to make sure you enjoy your stay!
House is also incredibly convenient to restaurants and shops. We hope to meet family here again, and would rebook in an instant!

We came to Norman for a football camp for our son. The Boyd St. Retreat was a great place for us to just hang out. It's close to campus and there is a super cool park within walking distance! A great place for a big family stay!

We did notice some tile damage and carpet stables exposed. Some minor updates could be made to make the house more ascetically pleasing and improve the comfort of the stay. Overall we were happy with our reservation and would stay here again.
