Not the first time staying in this property, so we knew what to expect. The room was clean and was perfect for a one night. Everything was as advertised and we will visit again due to quiet neighborhood and big parking which is necessary for us in this instance.
I was given an incorrect code for the locker which has the keys, so i had to call the property (there wasn't a responsible person on site). But after a short talk they were able to provide the correct code.

The location was very good - no people around and not too far from city center. Easily accessable location. We had room with terrace on third floor - the room was clean and the bathroom was well refurbished
First floor smelled like food all the time, it was very messy and dirty (however its possible that it was the cause of other guests staying there and not the hosts problem). It would've been nice to have a bedside table, night lamp and electric outlet by the bed but these are all minor comfort nitpicks

Everything I needed was in the room, great value for money. Check in was quick and simple.
Corridor noise is heard inside the room quite easily.
