Clean, comfortable, modernly dressed house in an excellent location. Great facilities and extras including Welsh cakes, tea and coffee!as a family we highly recommend.

There was a shower and no bath. I love a bath but my partner and son love a shower! We knew this on booking so it was no surprise. Nicly finished bathroom.

The location of the property was perfect and the management company was very good in terms of sorting issues or coordinating pre and during our stay

The photos look much better than the actual property. The property itself is in poor state and wasnt cleaned properly. - bathroom had mould in the shower area including the cubicle - 3 members hurt their finger as the bathroom window doesn't close properly - the power shower was really bad as water pressure was non existeng - huge cracks on all walls but very poor job of fixing/hiding it - the bunkbed was risky as the ladder to go on top was lose and would easily come off

Wifi didn't work most of the stay. Staff were argumentative when approached. Badly filled in holes in walls. Carpet in hallway had stains and smelt

The free milk, tea bags and welsh cakes were a thoughtful touch. Also the dishwasher tablets and detergent. It was nice and clean and the beds and pillows were so soft and comfy! Which pillows are they? I need to get some like them.

We only had 3 dishwasher tablets instead of 4 for a four-night stay so we had to do lots of washing up on one of the nights. There weren't any green plastic bags to recycle plastic but luckily we had one that we'd brought for dirty laundry so we used that. We composted our food but realised later that the bin liner was not a compostable liner so had to throw all the food in the bin. No mirrors that I could look at as all of them were over 5 feet high. I had to tiptoe to look at myself and couldn't see my full length reflection anywhere.

Nice colour scheme. Clean beds.Close to centre of town. T. V was good. Shower was hot. Good helpful staff on phone on day of arrival.

Shower holder was broken. No tea or coffee. No bulbs in upstairs lamps. No dishwasher tablets. Ice compartment of fridge was dirty.

Double beds all

Our stay in Ivydene was lovely. We went as a family with a baby. It was very clean and has all the amenities you need to self cater for yourself/group/family. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are all spacious. It’s in a great location just 5minutes from Tenby town and beach. There’s a food shop right around the corner too so everything you need is at hand. We were told Prior parking is limited, although we managed to get a space right outside the property which was great. Would stay here again and recommend this property.

The only thing that knocked it to 9 out of 10 was the flooring. It was so slippy throughout the house, all of us lost footing several times, and nearly hit the deck. I’m not sure if the floors have been polished recently but they could do with checking all the wooden and laminate, as even bare footed it was slippy and could potentially cause an accident. This was literally the only thing that bothered us. Everything else was brilliant and we had a superb stay.

No outside space, small downstairs shower room/Wc between everyone. Smallest fridge we had ever seen, was suitable for one person not a family, we just couldn’t fit hardly anything in it. None of the doors close properly. Shower panel under shower kept falling off. Refurb was done on a budget - which is fine but should be reflected in the price.
