The kitchen was disorganized. Dishes, glassware, pots and pans were not clean. We washed everything before using. The frying pan Teflon was worn off and the pan was warped. Pots and pans need replaced. The burners on top of the range half the time didn’t get warm. The top floor master suite didn’t have towels, wash cloths or hand towels. There were no dish towels in the home, the potholders needed to be washed. The material on sofa and chairs needed to be cleaned or even replaced. We paid $60.00/day for a warm pool that wasn’t warm day 1. Day 2 we called maintenance for the pool only to find out when maintenance arrived that the filter was dirty and the pool needed back washed. The maintenance turned heater turned on. The hot tub didn’t work. We were told it had been like that since June and that the owners or realty company should tell people.
