The friendly staff. The view.
The rooms are not disability friendly. Maybe if the room next to Reception, can be developed into a Room for persons with disabilities.

Having a key card to access the premises and the room. Safety first
The bed that makes alot of noise when you move. You can't sleep because if you move you wake up from the bed making noises.
