Traveled from Waco tx and arrived and was made very comfortable with the home
Very clean and I’m the corner of a quiet culdesac
Only downside is the stairs are pretty steep and all rooms are upstairs
Besides that downfall, the home was perfect

It was very good stay. 1 problem, the tub stopper did not work in the master bedroom. The water kept leaking out.
Over all, very nice house, good location.

Needed a place to accommodate 10 guests. Place worked out great. Only heads up would be all bedrooms are upstairs and stairs are steep. Caution for the elderly or physically challenged. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

Our original stay was for a baseball tournament that was canceled. After rescheduling the days we intended to stay, we had the perfect place. This home was the perfect location with nearby food and shopping. We enjoyed our quiet and peaceful retreat.

While the neighborhood was not bad at all, the house was not as ideal as we had imagined. With 2 toddlers, the stairs were a huge hazard, though there were no mishaps. Alot of the outlets and other types of wall plugs were poorly installed. A board in the ceiling of the living room was coming off. However, most importantly and also upsetting was the fact that my wife and I were bitten by bed bugs 10+ times each. This is absolutely unacceptable! We have washed everything we brought in the hopes of preventing them from spreading to our own home. Luckily it would seem our children were not bitten, so the problem seem to be isolated to the master bedroom for the time being.
Also, there was zero communication from the owner before hand and we had to play phone tag through Evolve to get the code to enter for our stay. We whole heartedly do not recommend staying here. And we have not heard back since reporting the existance of bed bugs. So I repeat, POOR COMMUNICATION!

This is our favorite location in the McKinney area! Near parks and downtown but away from the major traffic. This was an older house, so it had a few quirks we dealt with, but the property’s manager was quick to take care of stuff and overall the 6-8 places we’ve stayed around this area visiting family, this is our favorite.

Colorado School of Mines alumni traveled to McKinney for the D2 National Championship football game & this home was perfect for a group of fans to have a home base for the weekend’s activities. The pool table & parlor were perfect for our group to gather and get reconnected. The location was ideal as it was close to the main road but in a quiet neighborhood. The property had everything we needed.

This house worked out great for us. We have a large family and we all had room. It was also great to see grandparents teaching kids how to play pool 🎱 and this was possible because of this house. Thanks for the great family memories.

Met our needs
The house was plenty big enough to accommodate our family, but there were small issues. Had no hot water downstairs and took a couple days to fix, overall cleanliness could have been better. Kitchen utensils very sparse, only the basic minimums furniture was dated and very rickety, and no real outside seating. House is dated and needs definite sprucing up.

It was the perfect house for my family and I. We came down to Dallas for my nephew's 1st birthday party and had the immediate family staying with us at this beautiful, classic style home. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and it could have fit a couple more. Communication was great and very fast! My husband left his wireless headset there and they mailed it to our house in California within the next day or two! Great experience for sure! We would definitely stay here again.

Came to McKinney with some high school friends and spouses for a nearby Texas wedding! House was as advertised and provided everything we needed. The ironing board was broken, so I texted Zman, and a new one was dropped off a few hours later in time to get ready for the rehearsal dinner. Some updates I'd recommend: the digital screen on the oven is completely faded so you can't tell what temperature you're preheating to, and the water fixtures in the master shower are extremely hard to turn completely off resulting in a never-ending drip. But neither issue was a dealbreaker. The living room couches might've been the comfiest things I've ever sat in! And it's super close to the downtown McKinney restaurants and bars. Thanks again!

Family House

Listing lacking information
The home listing is lacking significantly. All bedrooms are up a huge flight of stairs. We rented this home as a place for our family to stay together while we were in town for a wedding. When we arrived we realized all the bedrooms were upstairs. This posed a significant problem for us because part of our group was elderly. We ended up having to buy a baby gate also, because the stairs were very dangerous for our small children. Had the listing stated this, we would have chose alternative lodging.

We enjoyed our stay the home was very accommodating!!
We are a family of 11 and we were all comfortable. I enjoyed waking up to the sounds of laughter and knowing that we were all together under one roof.
The house is in a prime location near restaurants and shopping!

House was ok
some of the problems were my fault such as not noticing this house did not have a downstairs bedroom (I'm on crutches). And also not noticing the backyard was not fenced in, we had toddler grandchildren with us, and there is a creek behind the house with a steep drop off. Backyard furniture was real dirty and so we didn't sit out there. Also, I did let the man know that oversees this house, Zman, that there was a very dirty pan left in the oven, a used bar of soap in the upstairs bathroom, dirty was rag hanging from the shower upstairs, the washing machine was full of towels and dirty towels were up on the countertop in the laundry room. Zman offered to come look at the problems but it was Thanksgiving day and we were very busy and didn't want to mess with it. We didn't hear back from him. I am very disappointed in this house. Also, for safety, know that the stairs are very steep and you need to bring baby gates for top and bottom of stairs if you have small children with you.

We were it town fora wedding. The rehearsal dinner and venue were within .2 miles perfect. Kitchen is great for take out but not great for cooking. Pots and pans were minimal. Location was excellent to downtown McKinney.

Great family house!
Gathered for a local wedding, we were happy to find a large enough home to fit us all comfortably and provide space to work as well as play. An older home in a settled neighborhood near major roads made us feel right at home. Although we didn't cook meals, we had plenty of counter space for all our "stuff"! The pool room was great, loved the comfy rocking couches in the family room! Great stay, perfect way for family to gather!
