Beach nearer beds comfortable workers friendly and helpful, changing our towels daily grocery store neare ,lift clean n quick, security right

Rooms need to be cleaned before we check in,workers not willing to talk English evn though they heard we struggle with their language, bedspreads not changed for 4nights, surface dirty on arrival, smelling dull n dust

SOFA BEDS ARE OLD AND UNCONFORTABLE

It is closer to the shops and one buy fresh food as he/she likes at any time of the working hours.

Insufficient kitchen utensils - Pots of same size(big) in the kitchen. No small pots that can be used to cater 2 people. No wooden spoon for cooking hard porridge.

We had to be moved 3 times Bedding was filthy Room floor was filthy Toilet and shower was not clean towels were smelling bad

Everything and when I wanted to check out Monday they said I can get my money back.

I liked the fact that the beach was a street away and the water park pool side for the little ones .

First of all the false advertising the place does not look like the pictures on their website 😭 the lift was malfunctioning all day and night. Oh don't get me started on the rooms the smell was awful 😭 it was like something died in there I'm never going back!

Close proximity to the beach

The property requires a lot of renovations,i recommend they use white bedding and also try to change tiles,the surroundings need a lot of cleaning,it was so dirty including the flags by the hotel The shortage wifi was another thing that they really need to work on

I like the view, the sea breeze at night and also the room😊

The zink in our kitchen,I think it was blocked because water were blocked

The warm welcome they gave us at the reception especially the White guy at the reception he explained everything accordingly the rooms were very clean the toilet everything thing was beyond my expectations just to thank the house keeping lady very friendly I forgot the name value for money .

Nothing everything was perfect 🥰 I am definitely coming back again

Bathroom was not in good condition and appliances were not working and the blanket yerr the smell

The staff from reception they were so welcoming, friendly and made our stay wonderful can't wait to come back on the 17th to 20th September

The duvet covers are old they should try to change them,otherwise everything was fine ...will be lying from facilities to location

The property is not clean, unpleasant smell, bathrooms are way too dirty. The beds were uncomfortable.

Very clean and quiet at night everything is in order, cleaners keep their time everything is good,i liked it,cant wait to be there next time

The bedding cover Bad smell once you enter the room,i think they need to use air freshener just for that smell but every thing is good
