Could be better equipped in kitchen.
Kitchen and bathroom need updating.

Great villa with mountain views. It was a pleasure to start the day at the balcony, with a cup of coffee.

A really spacious house with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, garden and swimming pool. Beautiful house with a lot of authentic details in a great central location between Pollenca and Port de Pollenca. The people from the Owly booking agency were really helpful and fast in response.
The house could use a make-over / update. When we arrived, there was only one gasburner working on the stove, the oven itself never worked, leaking water tap, loose wallsockets, mold on the bathroom kit sealants, not working fan in the room, stuff like that. The booking agency sent the owner over the same day who tried to fix some things but it shouldn’t be like this in the first place.
