Really lovely and and quiet neighborhood - walked to coffee houses and shops. Neighbors are pleasant. Weather was beautiful. Parking was easy.

We were very disappointed with below points:- to find another guest in a separate part of the house, when we had rented an entire home- only polyester "towels"- most of the wardrobes sealed with tapes leaving very limited space for us, and - a request to take off the shoes white in the houseAll these above points should have been clearly informed in advance

Two families converged in Venice to have an active SoCal vacation. This house was a perfect home base for our adventures and gave us a comfy home to come home to nightly for big dinners, games and laughs. The roof is wonderful and the location is outstanding. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for about a week during a long-term stay in LA and loved it. The home is comfortable, in a great location and has everything you need. It was easy to access, has parking, a well-stocked kitchen (I'm a recipe developer, so that was important to me), and a very nice roof deck.

Great place!
The house is great and we really enjoyed our stay! It was very spacious and clean and the layout was really neat. Our only issue was parking. The neighbor did not pull in all the way allowing us to pull in the drive next to the home. They also kept putting a dog gate across the drive if they were not parked there. The street was very crowded and there were cars parking right in front of the home and left there. Other than the parking issue which was just a slight inconvenience we very much enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.

Beautifully laid out modern home with all the fixings. Private with roof deck, didn't need to leave. However, we did a lot of walking to the beach, shopping and Marina del Ray. Great location for walking and easy drive to everything. We would definitely rebook if it is available for our next trip.

Just as it is described. Clean, nice, quiet and near everything. We were there for work vs vacation. It would be nice if it had cable or Apple TV and a bigger more current TV. But all in all the stay was perfect. We would stay again.

perfect for getting ready for our wedding. we had a couple issues with a neighbor domestic dispute in the middle of the night, cops involved, but other than that it was a nice clean nieghborhood and clean house.

will definitely be staying here again! This place was exactly as described & so neat and pretty inside and out. Really made you feel like home! It was very comfortable and owner was always available. 5-10 min walk to beach and didnt have to drive anywhere. Perfect home for any vacation and perfect home for a large family.

The house worked well on the 4th of July, watching fireworks and the sunset from the rooftop. It's close to Abbott Kinney and everything on the westside. Parking on the street was fine considering the neighbor's car was sticking out in the shared driveway. After asking him to move it, he told me that he left enough room. It made me uncomfortable, and I thought he was not considerate. I ended up parking on the street the rest of the stay because the neighbor's car remained in the same position. Otherwise, everything was smooth and pleasant. I'd recommend this property and stay again.
