Location was superb.
Small convenience items missing or hard to use like soap and shampoo dispensers. Asked about it but not remedied.

The location is awesome for first timers in London. Close to all the attractions.

Central location, well equipped for cooking, spacious, quiet. We needed all of our eight nights there to just begin to see this city. They are responsive to repairs.
No light over bathroom sink…if I needed to shave I would have needed my torch (flash light). The hand shower was leaking and the shower faucet handles would fall off in the hand (repaired). The entire apartment was comfortable BUT had deferred maintenance. This place needed hanging art work!
